      @@kingkobra1956 LOL, Agreed! There’s going to be a lot of mad people this year as there’s a lot of new tech at least in terms of what Brands previously offered (is it ever a year without trolls? lol). Sony set the bar with the A90J, and probably knows LG will most likely take the WRGB OLED category this year (think LG G2) so they focused on being first to release QD-OLED and set the bar there as well (probably LCD too with the Backlight Master Drive).

      I think this year is gonna be big for lg, because Sony carry over the A90j from last year and their qd oled is first gen at only 65 inch max size and the A80k is just A80j carry over, so I see a lot of sales for lg c2 and g2.

    The video processing on this TV is lackluster e.g., lack of fine detail (very soft image), depth and pop. The Gen 5 processor is a major let down. My first OLED was the C9 from several years ago and it was outstanding, now LG has lost their compative edge! This year they are taking a back seat to Sony, Samsung and Panasonic and soon to be TCL.

    • @BRIANSTECHTHERAPY
      @BRIANSTECHTHERAPY  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry Adam, I can't agree with that. LG has made tremendous strides in regards to processing since the C9.

    • @golferadam12
      @golferadam12 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am not sure about measurements, but visually the C2 looks soft and flat...definitely not a top contender in 2022. They have owned the OLED space, and have brought great products to the market, however, there are much better products that are on market now and even more in the best few weeks. That being said, their performance does not constitute their pricing.

      I just took out my C2 and reinstalled my A80J and all I can say is the difference in picture quality is like going from Yugi to a Bentley. The one major flaw with the A80J is the semi-gloss screen. I will be trying out the new Samsung OLED next, I have hi hopes for this TV.

    Looks to me like LG has hit another one right out of the park with the C2. Is it any surprise? No at all. Now does it make me want to get rid of my C1 for it? Hell no because I am happy as hell with my C1 in every way possible. I wonder why though LG dropped the Pixel cleaning process to 2000 hours down to 500 hours? No one, not even LG, is answering this and if you do ask you dont get an answer. Why? That being said the C2 is beautiful as I expected from LG and I bet the G2 is going to be mind blowing. Hell forget about the hype that is QD-OLED because when a tv looks that beautiful you dont need Quantum Dot paired with OLED. But great video my brother and I cant wait to see more.

And the c2 can do 12bit 444 cyperpunk has a hdr slider for 12bit I can only imagine on pc I think it was Hdr10PQ. Idc about brightness I just want to see the clarity from chip n these so called color volumes b4 I buy lol selling 77cx this week need somthing else 👀. touch on if it still has pink tint please!? good work with sparechange got me excited the colors even threw a utube vid looked great if only the 48" could take advantage of the new perks like the 55" and above! question is a90j 77" when that happens or c2 hmm

    Hey Brian loving the new collaboration with Robert & Wendy. Also Shane, always liked his style of presenting gear👍🏼. Do you think there’s a possibility of putting the G or C2 up on a comparison with the new 8k Qned? Would be nice to see how they match up sharing the same processor. Unboxing videos are not always boring because they are informative and give up tips on what to expect and how to do certain things. • @johnnycorona8851
      @johnnycorona8851 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      A 48" screen at 4K will have a much higher pixel density which in turn will be more difficult to get brighter due to the smaller gaps that let light through. I saw a review of the 48" and they mention this, but despite all that, it still got brighter than last year's 55" C1 which is pretty damn impressive. With OLED, the bigger the panel, the brighter it can theoretically get.
