The C2 seems to have better blacks and darker colors when I watch this on my tv. I can see more detail on the G2 but as far as looks the C2 looks better. May not be the case if I saw them for myself.
Gotta say I love all the content with the new TVs keep them coming . Would also like a video from you on c2/g2 that is not stream because it would be higher quality and would I be able to get a better idea of the TVs look like keep up the great work really appreciate all the content . Will be purchasing from value electronics because of you hope all is well!

Just select the ISF EXPERT BRIGHT for viewing in hight ambient light and select the FILMMAKER picture mode for watching in low ambient light for the C2 and G2 best picture quality without professionally calibrating.
I have the 77” C2. Xbox series x and movies are crazy. Almost everything on the Xbox is 120 fps, so life like. Movies and videos are so life like it’s just 100x better than other back light methods. It’s a kind of 4K that beats the crap out of anything else
Fantastic content and video. Is there as drastic of a difference in real life between the two? The G2's in the video look significantly more punchy, detailed, and brighter. (Speaking of which - I ordered 2 new G2's from Value Electronics - absolutely pumped to get them.) It would also be great to get some quick comparisons between the C1, A90J, and A80J

Hello Jose, excellent question! If it feels small no it only feel smaller going forward. The C2 gives you 95% of the picture quality, but the extra size will blow away the smaller G2. The G2 is slightly brighter in some scenes in only certain content. You won't notice the difference but you will notice the difference in size and immersion. I was going to get a C2 with a 5 year warranty from BestBuy but then realized a G2 comes with a 5 year warranty from LG, included in the price. Makes me now learn towards a G2.
The G2 is a nice upgrade from the very formidable 2022 C2. Other than being brighter and the 5 year OLED panel warranty I love the slim form and built-in no gap wall mount. The G2 also has a better built-in audio system.
I'm also confused..some says this and some says that. I have read that Phillips is the First one who has announced to use the Deuterium ex Panel later this year If its ready🤷 Maybe we should ask LG direct..🤔
I thought they're the same. One name is what LG display calls the new panel and the other is LG electronics name. Pretty dumb to do that, really confusing.

Can't wait to see an OLED shootout between C2, G2, S95B and A95K. And the Philips 807 too; gotta love me some ambilight for a further cinema experience. Personally probably getting the C2, 807 or S95B, but including the other mentioned ones would help compare between top WRGB and QD-OLED models.
@@Jackp2003 The A80K ain't besting the A90J nor the G2, those are flaggship OLED's at their respective brands, I'd say the A80K will try to match the C2, but probably be better due to Sony's XR processing. Keep in mind tho, that it'll be available only up to 77".
@@ManuelMedellin. The A80J arguably got 80-95% of the way to the A90J, so I think the new panel and 2nd XR chip may close that gap. And I’m glad LG still seems to be slightly weaker this year

It definitely finitely isn't my friend unless you are jumping up in Size to 83" . The difference in peak brightness isn't evident most of the time. Hope this helps
nah, they'll just keep getting brighter. plus they don't "need" the brightness as much as the mini led ones because of the perfect blacks/infinite contrast
Hey Brian! Did you happen to see the venetian blind effect on either of these panels? I love my a90j, but the venetian blind effect can be distracting sometimes.
Question is the c2 better then the a90j? Has it caught up? Is it brighter then the a90j & has the picture processing caught up to the a90j? Or is the Sony still better then the or c2. N how does the f2 stack up against the a90j aswell
Check out Tha_VillaMan TH-cam channel. His latest video he has a side by side of the Sony A90J and LG C2. The Sony A90J clearly looks better from his video. Though he's not a calibrator so I don't know if he had both tv's in their accurate picture modes.
@@C--A my C2 looks much better than the C2 in the video also the LGS are better for gaming and Sony more for movie. HDR is littel Bit better in the gaming Mode by the LG
Mhhmm ... sometimes, i prefer the c2 on the right over the g2 on the left. Sometimes, the c2 has stronger colors and sometimes the g2 has stronger colors. Crazy isn't it ?!
Yes, they look basically the same. I would still choose the G2. The benefits of the heatsink with regards to image retention, ABL and panel longevity make it a no brainer imo.
The grey banding is actually good on both these panels but is definitely a problem with oleds in general which I've discussed for years. Thank you for watching
Since the evo OLED module was introduced last year we started seeing the minimal magenta tint. From the dozen+ 2022 C2 and G2 it'a still there but thankfully it's significantly reduced.
Other than the Next Gen ATSC 3.0 tuner built in the G2 has a few other nice upgrades. With all this said the C2 is the price/performance value leader and you can add an external ATSC 3.0 tuner if you want to have an OTA antenna.

But does the PQ/Clarity compare to the Sony A90J? That's what I'm stuck on the fence with. I've never seen anything as clear as the Sony A90J but I really want the LG gaming features, so I torn between the A90J for picture quality/fine detail clarity over the G2 which might not quiet be as beautiful as the A90J but has the game mode.
c9 vs g1: nothing better (i have thez twice) for the abl and 100% window. for g2 idk ofc but i think not really more. im impatient to find this info too, and for qd oled too

I couldn't make it though the video. The amount of swallowing and mouth noises the presenter was making was off-putting. I think the mic was just too close to the persons mouth and too sensitive 🤨
I almost threw up listening to the gushing over the tv store owners. You went on and on and on. This was nothing more than a look at the tv and talk. No professional info and description of benefits.
I own 2 CX’s and nothing to date still is any better, this is all BS hype!!! Even woot today has both CX and C1 used 55” and the CX is still more$$ That alone says it!! Even my A80j is nice but my CX’s still top it. I guess I have fully adjusted my CX’s with great inputs vs all the rest of this BS. Any one out their thinks differently, please bring your best over and we will compare!!
Well, The C1 and C2 is slightly better and if you own the G1/G2 that would be more of a diff vs a CX. That said is it worth the money if you have a CX no. Which you might of been better off saying. To pay 1,000$ + just to slightly get a better pic..no
Dude LG even admitted that the CX had a issue with near black “crawling black” issues, and they couldn’t totally fix it with patches. Cool, you’re happy with your tv, but it’s clearly not better than these or the C1. Shit the C9 is better than the CX

Yes, the heatsink is worth paying the extra for imo. Less image retention, ABL and extended panel life. Slightly brighter HDR highlights as well.

Hi, I have an lg oled 77 c2, is it worth upgrading to a g2?
It definitely finitely isn't my friend unless you are jumping up in Size to 83" . The difference in peak brightness isn't evident most of the time. Hope this helps

We're in the HDR era and oled is 1/3 as bright as the best mini led.
nah, they'll just keep getting brighter. plus they don't "need" the brightness as much as the mini led ones because of the perfect blacks/infinite contrast

up-scaling is very nicely improved with LG's new 2022 a9 Gen 5 processor. Motion resolution is also improved.

The Sony A90J clearly looks better from his video. Though he's not a calibrator so I don't know if he had both tv's in their accurate picture modes.
@@C--A my C2 looks much better than the C2 in the video also the LGS are better for gaming and Sony more for movie. HDR is littel Bit better in the gaming Mode by the LG

I'd take the G2, just for the amazing White color you get out of the Heatsink, Snow just looks so incredible on the G2.
Yes, they look basically the same. I would still choose the G2. The benefits of the heatsink with regards to image retention, ABL and panel longevity make it a no brainer imo.
Detail on G2 is very noticably better. Does this translate into game mode as well?

The grey banding is actually good on both these panels but is definitely a problem with oleds in general which I've discussed for years. Thank you for watching

what about pink tint on the panel?
Since the evo OLED module was introduced last year we started seeing the minimal magenta tint. From the dozen+ 2022 C2 and G2 it'a still there but thankfully it's significantly reduced.

What really bother me about the C2 it doesn't have the new 3.0 ATSC antenna standard. But the G2 does.

G2 is the highest end besides 8k LG so yes always going to have more upgrades then the C series
Other than the Next Gen ATSC 3.0 tuner built in the G2 has a few other nice upgrades. With all this said the C2 is the price/performance value leader and you can add an external ATSC 3.0 tuner if you want to have an OTA antenna.
so how much is the 65'' G2 with the stand and does it come with the tv or do we have to get the stand seperate
Stand is sold seperately... as always with Gallery series.
But I believe the Wall mount is included in the box.

It’s all due to the camera can’t capture and show everything or it’ll hurt or ruin the comparison viewing as well as TH-cam processing…it’s not like this at all in person

A90J no question. The heatsink provides many additional benefits.
This just like last year Sony A90j & A80j but with new names and new price tags from LG.
Shit an A90J with four hdmi 2.1 ports, HGIG, VRR with DV, and full 4:4:4 chroma at 4k 120hz sounds pretty good to me.
But does the PQ/Clarity compare to the Sony A90J? That's what I'm stuck on the fence with. I've never seen anything as clear as the Sony A90J but I really want the LG gaming features, so I torn between the A90J for picture quality/fine detail clarity over the G2 which might not quiet be as beautiful as the A90J but has the game mode.

I couldn't make it though the video. The amount of swallowing and mouth noises the presenter was making was off-putting. I think the mic was just too close to the persons mouth and too sensitive 🤨

Dude LG even admitted that the CX had a issue with near black “crawling black” issues, and they couldn’t totally fix it with patches. Cool, you’re happy with your tv, but it’s clearly not better than these or the C1. Shit the C9 is better than the CX
