    My metabolism is burning my body fat off all on its own,I now weigh 82 kilograms from cutting down on the carbohydrates & adding fruit to my diet like I've mentioned a million times before.
    The addition of a small amount of dark chocolate trains my taste buds to accept less sweeter food meaning that there is less peptide hormones released into my digestive system which activates the hunger switch in my body.
    I used to get aches in my knee joints from some arthritis but that has seemed to have went away since I've lost weight.
    I like the fact also that Rose has given me ideas on how to cook a hot vegan stir fry for the colder months today.

    Great video. The only thing I would suggest is buying reusable plastic zip locks. The kind you have are very wasteful and often contain BPA and other chemicals
