      I really love the meal prep ideas. Meal prep on a budget, never gets old. I did the 21 day Challenge and enjoyed that.

    Gorgeous intro! Whenever it’s that time of the month, I crave loooooots of iron, magnesium, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and some sugar too! Sweet potatoes, Medjool dates, chia seed pudding, tahini, spinach, avocado toast, and beans with caramelized onions...FAVES.

    LOVE my menstrual cups. It took me a year to give it a shot after a friend told me about hers. I would NEVER use anything else. It's comfortable, safe, I don't worry about leaking, toxic shock syndrome, affecting the environment with unnecessary waste. I meeeeeaaann... They're PRET-TY FREAKING AWESOME!🤗❤😁

      Yes I would love the same! I am having thyroid problems and all the foods recommended I've seen are not so vegan, would love a vegan take on it!

      Walnuts and kelp are really good for the thyroid. Having a good variety of foods and using a tracker like Chronometer is very helpful. Also drink like a gallon of water a day, but good water and avoid chemicals and unnatural foods. It takes time but it works. Blessings.

      Citrus is supposed to be very beneficial for thyroid regulation if you aren’t allergic to it :)

      good sources of all vitamins and essential fats is important as well as good colesteral. Check out Chronometer for free to track your foods to make sure you are meeting your needs. It also covers special diets. Prayers and blessings, but definitely get good support for your body, mind and soul, it is all connected.

    I am so lucky that on my period days my boyfriend cooks for me. I don't know if I would eat at all otherwise, because my cramps are soooo bad :(
    I definitely see that having more magnesium, B vitamins and iron helps me deal with the pain, but it is still horrible. Anyone has any advice that doesn't include painkillers?

      What really works for me is chamomile tea, bananas and a heating blanket. I hate taking pain killers because they are so bad for your health.

      Yes, really. I didn’t recommend her pills because of the kids, but to get rid of the menstrual cramps. I had the same problem, I’ve drunk teas, pain killers, I’ve eaten bananas, dark chocolate, green vegetables,… and all of that helped a little, but pain was still terrible. Than I’ve started taking birth control pills and they regulated my period and more important, eliminated very painful period cramps.

    I'm from Hong Kong and Chinese medicine is a pretty big deal here, and I know in many Asian regions, people actually avoid eating watermelon! Because it is considered a fruit with extra "cooling" property which isn't good for period! I thought a little sharing might be useful, don't know if you've heard about it. Thank you for what you do ^U^

    Hey lovely! I have trouble with very heavy periods and have been told to increase my progesterone levels and decrease my oestrogen levels in my body. Have you any ideas on what I can add to my diet to help with help with the progesterone and what foods should I avoid to decrease the oestrogen? or is there some websites/info you recommend on this topic? ps, I do eat a vegan diet but I feel like I am doing it all wrong!

    Where do i find chaga? is it a type of tea? :) I like chai tea ;) maybe not good for period? I´m scared sometimes I´ll get an overdose of cinnamon, because I like cinnamon in everything :P It´s healthy , but not in a large amount I´ve heard. :/ ginger is not good for gaining weigth, which I need to... I´m to skinny, again. :(

      cravings tell us what we are missing so use a tracker to help with that and get to know what works for each person takes time too. The higher the quality of food does matter too. Blessings.

      Claudia Urueta, there's a girl in England whose YT channel is Precious Stars Pads and she began using them at 15, I believe. Much better for your body, so I would recommend looking into one for her. No TSS risk, no chemicals or fragrances, etc. They are great!

      Rawvana English ، we use it in our period it is very useful and you can use ginger of course pepper and ginger should be powder and eat dates mix with powder cress with some butter heat them ( dates with cress and butter in the pain and eat it with milk 🥛 that I mentioned it , this one of food that I eat it in may period , and don’t eat watermelon in period it makes you wet when you finished period. And should wear socks and drink and eat anything is hot and spicy .And don’t drink or eat anything is ice or cold it makes the pain increase , and eat your break fast early should.

      Tanesha Peace I have some and had to change my whole diet. pretty much eat a plant base diet. very little meats and dairy. Also try and stay away from soy. Do your research on foods that are estrogen dominate and avoid them as much as possible. fibroids feed off estrogen. Eat lots of whole foods. eat foods that cleanse your liver and eat lots of fiber to eliminate toxins. make sure you also limit caffein sugar and alcohol.

      Tanesha Peace yeah when I found out abt the fibroids I fought going plant base too. But after researching I found that its the BEST way to deal with the issue of fibroids.

    just remember something your not dirty to be on your period when someone love u he would do anything for u no matter what for example if u tell him to make love with u he will make love with u no matter what if your on your period cause your blood is clean don't ever feel dirty what's dirty is not taken a shower each day
