    සරලව මේකයි ඕකෙන් කියවෙන කතන්දරේ..
    ඉස්සර හැමෝම ගොවිතැන් කරා, ඒ ජීවන රටාවට හරියන විදිහට තමයි ලොකු බත් පත එක්ක ව්‍යංජන අනාගෙන කෑවෙ, මොකද ගිනි අව්වේ දාඩිය හෙලාගෙන එක දිගට වැඩ කරා, Carbohydrate වලින් glucose හදල කය වෙහෙසවල වැඩ කරන්න උදවු උනා,
    පස්සේ ගොවිතැන අත ඇරලා office වල වැඩ කරන්න cultural change 1ක් උනා, ඒත් පරණ බත් පත වෙනස් කරේ නෑ, ඊට අමතරව කොත්තු, short eats, desserts culture එකට add උනා.
    Office culture එකට හරියන්න කෑම වේල වෙනස් කරගන්න.
    පිඟානෙන් 50% ක් protein සහ මේදය (මස්, මාළු, බිත්තර, පොල් සම්බෝල, අලිගැටපේර, මීකිරි, චීස්, බටර්), 25% ක් carbohydrates (බත්/පාන්/ඉඳි ආප්ප/කොත්තු/ධාන්‍ය) 25% ක් Vitamins (පළා, එළවළු, පළතුරු)
    හැබැයි ප්‍රායෝගික ප්‍රශ්නයක් තියනවා ලංකාවේ, protein බහුල හරි ආහාර වේලක් ගන්න අද තියන ජීවන වියදමත් එක්ක සාමාන්‍ය මිනිහට බැහැ.
    ඒකට මේ පාර ඡන්දෙදි හොරකම්, වංචා, දූෂණ චෝදනා නැති, අවංක, රට වෙනුවෙන් තමන්ගේ වරප්‍රසාද කැප කරලා වැඩ කරලා රට වැටිලා තියෙන අඩියෙන් ගොඩ ගන්න පුළුවන් නිවැරැදි දේශපාලන පක්ෂෙකට ඡන්දෙ දෙන්න.
    හොරුන් හැදූ රටක් නැත, මතක තියාගන්න අන්න ඒක!

      @@janakeemuthukumarana8875 Wannaku says not to eat vegetables & greens even, cz they'll be transformed to carbohydrates too eventually, bt I don't go to that extreme as I believe vegetables & greens give us vital Vitamins to our body.
      Secondly, no matter whoever it is, if it is a correct thing that gives correct results we can adhere to it.

    I have got oats with banana fresh milk and yoghurt every day for my breakfast. After see your video I understand how important proteins to our breakfast. so I changed my meal and I prepare kurakkan flour,eggs, vegetables mix well after that made pancakes. Some times I change oats, rathu heenati rice flour. Thankyou so much doctor.

    Steam temp is 100 C.
    පිට්ටු/ ඉඳියප්ප 100 C < වෙන්නේ නැත. හුමාලයේ තාපය උරාගෙන කාමර උෂ්ණත්වයේ සිට වැඩි වුනත් තැම්බෙන නිසා 100 C දක්වාවත් තබා ගන්නේ නැත. පිට්ටු/ ඉඳියප්ප ලිපෙන් බානවිටද moisture පවතී.
    Noodles Dry product එකක් නිසා ඒ ගැන කීමට නොහැක. පෝරනුවක්‌ ඇතුලේ තියෙන පාන් මීට වඩා අධික උෂ්ණත්වයකට රත්වෙනවා විය යුතුයි.
