Yea but it won’t be stable and may leave a scratch from micro movements. The double sided tape will be easy to remove with some heat if you decide to retire the product in the future

How does it fit with an adult passenger in the front seat? Will there leg be in the way of the stand making it awkward for them to sit comfortably?
There’s plenty of room for the adult passenger without intruding the position of their left leg

Then you can remove and re-install. Or you can remove it together with the phone holder still on there. There’s ways around that

Kind of disappointed the wireless version doesn't have feet to keep the phone from slipping.
It provides enough tension and will keep the phone from slipping
