Allot of performance shops before going to firerings will do orings in the head with a receiver groove in the block 150% of the width of the wire being used. Protusions allot greater than normal too . I don't remember off the top of my head the depth.
Would love to see more taterbuilt and firepunk stuff. Recently bought his 63/67 drop in for my 03 cummins on stock fuel. Only have a smarty s-06 so will be looking at ya'lls tuning soon and im not super happy with even the level 9 smarty power.

I've got a taterbuilt 63/67 on my 5.9 07 with 100hp exergy injectors and firepunk efi live tuning and absolutely love it

No it went too late and they needed to get on the road, but driveability was much improved
Even though both new york trucks had that same tate turbo, the red truck sounded alot louder
I believe the VGT quiets the turbo down. But I could be wrong. The 06 wouldn't have that.

Firepunk Diesel what kind of egts are you seeing? I have a 63/68 14 s300 and see 1800 degrees with 100% overs and a stock cp3
