    Wonder if these upgraded vgt chargers will ever get cheaper years down the road. At 4,000$ you can have a compound set up on one of these trucks

      Upgrading is certainly an investment. Right now, everything needed to make one of these the correct way is expensive.

    How would you compare your stealth single to the factory with the ATS Vortex compounds since that truck has run both set ups?

      I'm certain ease of installation is the biggest plus for the stealth. Would like to know if either has an advantage for emissions components.

      @@irnwkrkev agreed on the ease of installation… though ATS generally receives praise regarding fit, finish, and instruction for their turbo systems. Considering the stealth 64 is a $3300 upgrade contrasted to $3900 for the vortex they are close enough in cost to warrant a comparison especially since Calibrated has run them both on the same truck with the same supporting mods.
      As for the emissions components When they originally installed the Vortex I believe they observed less soot loading and fewer regens.. logical since compounds typically clean up spot extremely well.

      Is it necessary to have a wastegate to protect the stock VGT when compounded with the ATS vortex? Seems like drive pressures to boost pressure ratio would be too much for the VGT to handle for very long

    What metal is the turbine housing and center section made of? Is it HSM or factory style metals? Also, is the unison ring made of Stainless or is it a milled cast part?

      The center and exhaust housing are factory style. The nozzle and shroud are milled stainless.

    Curious how this compares to the ATS vfr4000 stage 2. Which is what I got about a month before this came out. I feel the egts are a little high while cruising around town.

    I’m not interested in racing my 2006 Dodge Ram3500 5.9 dually but I am interested in making it an ultimate tow vehicle for my camping trailer…what would you suggest? I have added Banks 4” exhaust, larger Intercooler and Boost Tubes, Six-Gun Tuner connected to iDash Gauges

    Crazy interested looking at replacing as I type this. Question will it handle altitude changes and heavy long distance towing. Say 24k lbs for 500 miles at a time. Another question on the custom parts. Would replacements be available after failure in the future?

      Yes, the turbo works well in higher altitude. While I am not exactly sure what you mean be "custom parts" I can say that we offer many upgrades for these trucks.

    What's the power potential with stock injectors and an upgraded CP3? Can 2019+ HO injectors be used as a cheap injector upgrade?
    I'm already running your king tunes with a RevMax 68rfe and love it!

      We’ve seen 625-640rwhp on our stealth 64 with a 10mm pump and stock injectors in a situation like you mentioned ( revmax through the stock exhaust). Next limit is likely the DOC.

    I'm in the market for a new turbo. How does this turbo out preform BD Diesel Screamer HE300VG 6.7 or the Fleece 63mm FMW Holset VGT Cheetah Turbocharger - 13-18 Cummins
    I will also ask those two companies how their product out preforms yours? who ever responds with the best product wins.

      Both the companies you mentioned make excellent products and we have a lot of respect for them. The Stealth 64 has several unique features. Starting with the front of the turbo our compressor cover and wheel are perfectly matched to maximize the airflow and eliminate any potential for surge. While everyone making drop-in turbos uses “billet” compressor wheels, not all wheels are the same. Our custom-designed, 11-blade, billet, compressor wheel works great for daily driving, heavy towing, and just having fun. Where the Stealth 64 really stands out from the crowd is our One-Of-A-Kind Nozzle Ring (aka. Vane Cage Assembly). This piece of engineering excellence allows us to run a larger turbine wheel while maintaining full function of the exhaust brake and spool the turbo quickly.       @@aaronolsen8787 turned out it was just some duct tape that went into the turbo plus a air leak in a boot, so still running on stock

    Few months late. Would’ve went with this.
    I got a s400
