    *Doing this 2x for 10 days + 10 more (WITHOUT MASSAGES)*
    1. Friday - No changes, felt more confident
    2. Saturday - No changes
    3. Sunday - No changes
    4. Monday - Face felt sore when doing the exercises, no changes
    5. Tuesday - Face continues to feel sore which is a good sign, no changes tho
    6. Wednesday - No changes
    7. Thursday - No changes
    8. Friday - No changes
    9. Saturday - Can definitely see a change in the sharpness of my jawline, face also feels pretty sore

    *FINAL CONCLUSION*
    For the past 20 days I’ve been doing these exercises twice except for the massages and I can say that I can definitely see a change in the sharpness of my jawline. I’ve been able to document this due to me taking a picture of the front and side of my face everyday to see if there’s a change. Sad thing is, I don’t see any changes in the double chin whatsoever. Not sure if it was because I didn’t do the massages or if it’s just genetics but I’ll keep trying. Also please don’t feel insecure about your face, you’re beautiful just the way you are ❤.     I was skeptical at first, I'll definitely start with that. I've always had chubby cheeks, even when I was running daily and at my tiniest (5'10", 138lbs). So I wanted to give this a try because I've always been insecure about my face.
    Didn't feel any different for the first few days, but I kept doing them in the morning before work and in the shower before bed.
    Almost 2 weeks have passed and I will say I'm extremely impressed. My cheeks and face feels lighter. I can finally see it and i feel great. Twice a day, that's my suggestion. And push through! Even when you feel like nothings working yet, just keep going.

      I’m literally the same way! I did cross country for 2 years in middle school and even when I was skinny as heck, my face is where the fat was! I’ll keep pushing through just like you!

    I've only been doing this for a week, and it's worked wonders already. I can see my skin tightening, and I used to get a lot of mucas coming from my throat, and that has all cleared up too. Amazing results

    I have a very chubby cheeks and my jawline is not visible at all.
    Day 1 (1x) - no change
    Day 2 (2x) - no change
    Day 3 (2x) - no change
    Day 4 (3x) - little change

    Day 1 : Skin felt tighter
    Day 2: No change but hopeful because of the comments.
    Day 3: I ache, my throat to my chin aches, I’ve been adding one exercise in where you grab a ball ( or rolled up socks ) and place them under your chin and squeeze for 30 second. It’s a killer.
    Day 6: you are probably wondering where the other few days went and I’ll explain. I have been trying other exercises for the face, be it mewing or other face exercises. I have also been “training” if it be the right word my tongue. (Watch Doctor Mew) as well as trying to lower my body fat percentage; which is already low but they say it’s a massive help to lover your BMI further safely.
    Would I say I see changes? Not yet. But I certainly feel the jaw and neck muscles working; in life we can only do our best to change what we wish to change and except what we can not. I say do what you can and continue this if you are conscious like myself, but also except yourself for who you are also.
    It’s a new day: I won’t explain every day as I don’t believe that day by day basis I see much change.
    Today I see my first change! It’s the puffiness in my face, check bones seem more visible.
    I have also bought a jaw exercising chew thing… says on the packet “reduces double chin” it’s one hell of a jaw workout though I don’t know if I fully believe it.
    Day unknown: update. I am just continuing to eat well and exercise well, as well as these exercises. Change what you can except what you can’t. Live happy and healthy. I also bought myself some face cleanser, clearer skin and also dark circle remover for your eyes. It’s all about looking and feeling healthier.
    Update: I’ve been doing a range of face exercises and using the ones that work best for me. The other day I noticed I have more definition along the sides of my jaw. These exercises work, though I’d say for myself I really started to notice some kind of change about a week in, though keep in mind I have been also trying to lower my body fat as well as the things mentions above.
    Day is much unknown.
    Results are good. Confidence is higher, I did drop my BMI as well as eat cleaner, drink more water and I took the best I found from this video and a few others. It’s whatever works best for you. Except what you are given and change what you can. Motivation to do these exercises or consciously make change is where you will see change. I want everyone reading this to start to feel more confident and or just get what they are after if they put the work in. Have a nice day.
    Update.
    I took at side on photo of myself and sadly I can not see a difference. I think if you are already at a low BMI and have tried these exercises, they may not work for everyone.
    Just trying to grow in confidence.
    (Further update) A long time has passed and honestly … I got results, but by lowing BMI. This doesn’t mean losing weight! Just toning and lowing my fat percentage. Because if you are like myself and you say to yourself “ I’m already skinny” but you have allot of weight on your face and neck; you might benefit from clean eating and cutting. Cutting fat and building muscle I am the same weight but I lost a good amount in my face which people have commented on. I’m not saying these exercises wont work! Or do not help. But I am saying I felt very self conscious and wanted fast action. The high intensity exercise did it for me, but also being more comfortable in being the best version physically of myself. I update these even though I forget and get lazy, because I know how it feels for certain people reading this. Wish you all well!

    Tip- if you want to loose weight/fat this helps: if you drink hot water/warm water whenever you eat something/meal, it helps it reduce.

    I have a huge doubble chin and face fat.. i will be posting my updates for each day.
    Day 1(x2)----- no change
    Day 2 (x2)----- no change but pain in cheeks
    Day 3 (x2)----- slight change
    So it's my 10th day of this exercise and I can see a noticeable difference.... I would really recommend this exercise.

    I just did this exercise and it is AMAZING!! I already feel some difference! I will be doing this for 10 days and will update yall on the 10th day.
    Its today the 10th day so here is the update. I got a really sharp jawline and its really pretty, my dubble chin totally disappeared! A lot of my neck fat also disappeared so i definitely recommend this workout to everyone.

    I have been doing these for about a week and a half twice a day and I’m already seeing very good results. My jaw is way more present than before and you can see it. This for sure helped with my insecurity with my jaw that I gave myself but please don’t get down on yourself if you think you have a double chin and do this because you want to and not because of other people. Also if this doesn’t work immediately it took 3 days for me to notice anything but if it takes longer don’t worry I’m sure it will work❤❤

      @@Lifeliver1 Yes eating healthy is very important. If you just workout and eat whatever you want nothing will change. Because working out is just 20% and what you eat is 90% of a weight loss journey if that's what you're trying to do.

    Hello! I will be updating and see the difference of the exercise! (And I will be doing this two times!)
    Day 1 : Done! Felt pain in my throat but maybe I did it rough
    Day 2 : Done! All good!
    Day 3 : Done!
    Day 4 : Done! I see some changes! Losing a bit of fat check and alot of fat neck!
    Day 5 : Done! Don’t feel my cheek chubby at all
    Day 6 : skipped (went to the mall)
    Day 7 : Done! Did 4 times bc I skip day 6
    Day 8 : Done!
    Day 9 : Done! My face is starting to get a bit thinner and I have a bit of neck fat when I look down
    Day 10 : Done! FINISH.
    (Find this exercise really helpful and sorry I posted this late if anyone is concern of the post. It take time of what your face look like or the health to turn not only a good structure face and neck but a good healthy face and neck that can change the way you look if you take time and patience. Prefer doing it 2x for 10 days can really help out and make it faster. Hope this help out for anyone who is doing this of what they want to goal for.)

    I’ve been doing these exercises for a few weeks. I can say, with 100% confidence, that these do work. But it also depends on what type of person you are and how you maintain your diet. For example, if you dont watch what you eat and don’t, at least, burn some calories/work out, it’ll be a longer process with more work. But, if you do watch what you eat and you exercise/burn some calories, then it does work. I used to have a huge chubby face w/ barely to no jawline but now i have a slimmer facial structure and my jawline shows way more than before.

    Day 1: idk why but I felt my face was thin already
    Day 2: did the exact same as day 1 :0
    Day 3: I feel like I went back to day 1 :(
    Day 4: it's definitely improved, I can see a jaw already. And today was the PAIN, I don't feel ant pain when I touch but when I do this exercise the jaw line hurts.
    Day 5: felt unmotivated so dint do
    (I forgot to update)
    So basically I did it twice for day 6,7,8,9,10. And I got gorgeous results. I dint loose my double chin over all but definitely got a jaw line. Now I decided to do this even after the 10 days, but no matter how much I did it, there is always a limit to the results. U only get a 55% result. So if u want to loose fat, ik u won't like it but u have to start doing over all body exercise, stop eating snacks all the time and bunch of other face exercises. That's how I got rid of my double chin :). I know u can do it!

    day 1: my face feels stretched, obviously no difference yet

      Something I've learned is people who pick on other people's looks aren't happy about themselves, so they find insecurities in other people so they feel better about themselves. None of what they're saying is true though, I know it's easier said than done but enjoy being you!

    Day1:no change, DAMN IT HURTS
    Day2:no change, less pain, bad internet
    Day3:no change, also no pain
    I'm doing this 3 time a day, i also started to drink black coffee with lemon, i stopped eating too much salt, sugar and starch, i'm also drinking much more water(stopped drinking juice and cola) and i hope it will help

    Day 2✅: Done, it hurt a bit(no changes)

    Day 1: it felt kind of funny but the massage was kinda relaxing. Obviously no changes yet.
    Day 2: It hurt a little bit but I think I was just pushing harder on the massages. No changes yet.
    Day 3: Same as day 2, but patients is key.

    Doing this for a week as a teen:
    Day 1- No difference ofc, feels stretch
    Day 2- little-no difference
    Day 3- no pain, my face looks a little slimmer!
    Day 4- small difference in face
    Day 5- small difference in face/skipped
    Day 6- starting too see a big difference
    Day 7+ - big difference than nothing much, keep skipping a few times

    Surely the best way is to reduce overall body fat. I believe body fat stores in various areas more than others for each person. But if you reduce your overall body fat you will notice difference in face and neck

    It's my day 1 : I feel a slight tighting sensation in my chin but haven't seen any changes yet
    It's my day 2: see no changes in my chin ... but I feel the tightness in my chin
    It's my day 3: I feel same the tight in my chin ... but don't see any changes

    On my 2nd attempt on doing this again because I was too lazy to do this exercise, I will now try to do this exercise daily. I'm slim but my face is not that thin, and I have a jawline that is visible due to mewing. This may take effect because I am slim so do not expect that everyone will get the result as I did.
    Note: I am doing this 2x daily.
    Day 1: Obviously no changes yet. My face didn't feel any pain at all.
    Day 2: Again, no changes and no pain.
    Day 3: Starting to see some slight changes.

    Day 1: it hurting a little bit, I didn’t really have olive oil, my neck started to hurt but I hope it gets better ! (Remind me to update)
    Day 2: I couldn’t do it, I work today and was to tired, i bought the oil so maybe tmr is a good day !!
    Day 3: I did it right before bed, instead of olive oil I used”hemp facial serum” it’s like oil, I haven’t started to see the result but I hope I do, my neck gutted a little bit, same with my jaw but it’s getting there !!

      Facial exercises do not work. I learned that the hard way. Your entire body has to lose weight for your face fat to go down.

    Been doing this since may 2nd, at least twice a day, if not 3 times a day. Not using any oil. I felt my neck tighter, I saw a tad improvement. I like it, I intend to do this everyday, more than 10 days😊. w 60kgs, h 155cm. My type is when I gain weight, it is distributed evenly, upto my chubby cheeks huhu.

    I have a double chin and it’s a big insecurity of mine, I’ll be doing these exercises 2-3 times a day until I’m happy with the results.
    Goals: have a better side view, have a less visible double chin
    Day 1:✅ first day obvi, did it once before bed. My skin felt tighter.
    Day 2:✅✅ No noticeable changes. My jaws a little sore
    Day 3: ✅✅✅ skin felt tighter. No changes yet, I do feel a little sad that my double chin hasn’t changed but I’ll try not to give up.
    Day 4: ✅✅no visible changes yet. Double chin got little bigger wich made my confidence go down. I’m gonna try for 10 days. Love y’all!!

    Answering questions for you guys!
    How many times a day?: 1-3 times is a enough:) dont over work yourself!
    Dont have olive oil? :use lotion is u dont have lotion just add 10 more sec to last 2 exercises!
    What abt my diet?:You dont have to change anything but just eat less sweets and salt! But eat them in modarated portions:)
    Does it work? : Ofc it does! But...,.people with low BMI it might not work. BUT it takes time:)
    When do I start seeing result? : In abt 3-4 days you wiil see results but its diffrent to everybody:D

    Idkk im super bored so i decided to try this for fun lol
    Day 1: ✅️ i did it and it kinda hurt
    Day 2: ✅️ it felt a bit painful, did it 2 times in 1 day
    Day 3:✅️ Did hurt more then before but got used to the pain😮, and before y'all ask there's a small diff😭😀
    Day 4:❎️ Accidentally skipped lol
    Day 5:✅️ I felt my chin during one of the exercises it's deff effective but no huge diff yet lol

    doing this untill I have a sharp jawline
    Day 1 : ✅ did it twice , no ache but I think I did the fish face one wrong
    Day 2 ✅ did it twice + a different exercise , figured out how to do the fish face one , obviously no results yet
    Day 3 : ✅ did this twice + the different video - I ached a bit while doing fish ache but I feel my neck sorta feeling tighter , I think I can see a tiny bit of results already !!
    Day 4 : ❌ did half of one video and couldn’t continue , I am very Ill today and every exercise I did I couldn’t stop coughing , will defo do tmrw no matter what though

    all yall stop your updates after day 3😭ill probably pull the same stuff but lets try
    key information!! I'm quite big and my double chin is incredibly noticeable and my jawline isnt already visible. I'm also going to take pictures everyday after the exercise
    (x2)day 1: the same obvi? its feels fine and im not using oil. (i actually ended up doing it twice!)
    (x1) day 2: I see the very slightest change in my double chin but it may be the angle!
    (x1) day 3: I can see my double chin reduced a bit, not seeing much of a jawline development and that’s expected it’s alright.
    day 4: I skipped and it stayed the same
    (x1)day 5: Looks about the same from day 3 so i might increase how many times i’m doing it
