      @@kashishmanglani5180 yes I had tried it regularly and I see results in one week and make sure do workout for 30minutes and portion control in ur diet maintain balanced diet avoid all sugery packaged food and drink about 5t 6glasses of water daily and move every time don't sit for hours on one place be active . U will definetly see results

    I am 23 years old, but my face fat (or the sign of innocence) makes me look very immature. I am gonna be doing this exercise every morning after meditation for the next 15 days and keep updating my comment.

    Tried this for 10 days daily morning n evening n also when I use to get time THIS WORKS! Just be consistent n have patience if not gone completely the size of my double chin n fat on face has reduced. Thankyou so much ma'am🙏🙏

    This video is not for weight loss but fat loss, some people have fat only on their face like they have double chin, or jawline fat. These asnas are helpful for wrinkles too, so guys for healthy facial muscles and skin do it.

      Yeah but I imagine if someone already has high bodyfat these exercises won't work so well. First, lose weight then and your face should slim down then do the exercises if you need to lose more fat on your face.

    I was recently told by my dad that I've begun to turn chubby which immediately drew me to some face yoga videos and this one, in particular, caught my attention.
    I have planned to do this twice a day, 3 reps of all of the exercises for 10 seconds each. Just did all of these for the first time today and I feel really good. I'll keep you all updated on how these help. In case I forget, do remind me!
    Day 1: ✔️
    Day 2,3,4: ✔️ Once a day
    Day 5: ✔️
    Day 6: ✔️ (didn't observe much of a difference yet but I feel like my cheeks are having a workout every time I do these) 😂
    It's been about one and a half weeks since I'm doing these exercises, however I feel like this amount of time is too less to determine whether there's been a difference.
    I think I'll do it continuously for a month and then come here because that way, I will be able to post a definite answer on the effects of this exercise.

    Okay guys I came back here after 8 days of doing this face yoga and there are shocking changes! Do give this a try. I’m going to continue this for 2-3 months. My face fat has reduced looks like a natural contour. My face looks brighter and lively.
    I repeat this routine 6 times in a day with 3 sets per exercise. Do give this a try and be consistent it will definitely show results. Thank you so much ma’am for this amazing face yoga routine. ❤️🧿
    P.S - I’m also on a calorie deficit and working out 5-6 days a week and have added this face yoga routine. Avoid sugar fried and processed foods to get the best results!

      For scars you can use NO SCARS I have been using it to fix my post pimple mark it is really effective and fix them within 3-4 day . However there's a side effect also in that period of 3-4 day perhaps a week you will have redness on the same place .

      @@inderjotsingh5868 cuz such creams include steroids that can cause redness, you may get those pimples or marks again after short interval once you stop using it. So try not to go for such ointments. Just drink 8 glasses of water a day & pranayama is d best cure for any skin as well as health issue.. I'm taking about this with my own experience

      3 sets of 10sec.rep..... Each exercise should be done 5 to 7 times in a day.
