    Iv been doing these everyday sometimes twice a day for a month and my double chin has literally gone it got really bad due to weight gain (I haven't lost any weight since doing the exercises) your exercises have just vanished my double chin!! Thankyou so much ❤️

      Would love to get rid of double chin but also get smaller jaw/ chin. This summer my face was much shorter and my chin was smaller. Your chin got shorter as well?

      @@brittanys505 i still do these when I work in front of the computer, drive or simply relaxing at home. For me it is for maintenance as I am already considered young and no sagging. So it is preventative. But certain muscles feel definitely stronger than before as I do the exercise

      And I cannot really say if there is physical change or not. If I feel it though there should be minimal changes that could have been detected by scannings maybe. I look in the mirror everyday and it is hard to tell gradual change you know

      @@leenadhiman1488 I would say after about a week and a half to two weeks of everyday exercise and constantly paying attention to how i hold my face. I started noticing some changes. I try to do the exercises and make sure even when I'm resting that I hold muscles in a particular position. Like not frowning and squinting and smiling more like mine Lisa. Honestly it's been working.

      @@RodneyJonelle thank you so much for replying! no one ever gets back to me lol. To be honest I was so scared to stretch my skin even more to perform these exercises. I will start too... 100% I am so aware of my resting/work face. I am actually smiling so much more now for no reason (looks crazy) but holds everything up. What oil do you use? i also do face tapping from the crown of my head..eyes, cheeks and work my way down for a minute. Thank you so much for this. I was considering botox, threads and fillers.

      @@leenadhiman1488 no problem. I'm glad I can help. Resting work face 😂 I would use another word. 🤬. I have psoriasis and acne so I was skeptical about touching my face so much. I had to do some research. So I only used oils liquid at room temp. They don't break me out. I use vegetable oil if I'm broke. But I prefer a combo of castor oil and sweet almond oil. Sometimes I'll even use baby oil. But you should try a couple different ones to see what works for you. I heard honey is good for tapping. Cause it's sticky. What do you use?

      @@leenadhiman1488 I'm afraid of botox and those threads scare the bejesus out of me. I'veseen people install them at home. Can you imagine? Have you tried frownies? They are a name brand myofascial lift tape you can wear at night.

    I’m 32 now and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS had flawless beautiful perfect skin. Compliments about me being 10 years young allllllllll the time. Well I work graveyard shift now and I’m getting real bags under my eyes with slight dark circles I can’t stand it. It’s embarrassing it’s not bad but I can notice because I’m me. I been doing your face yoga for about a week now and I’m shook my jaw line is very defined now and face slimming. Also fixed my symmetry. Since the left side of my face had gotten weaker than the right now when I smile everything is even but now I’m noticing slight smile lines. Can’t wait to get rid of those too. Thanks for everything

    I had to subscribe! I have done TH-cam exercise videos since they came out in 2009 or earlier ( can't remember now). I have tried newer ones and none of them felt "right". I feel happy, alive; SORE and HUMAN when I do yours. Very motivational! THANK YOU!

    I can’t rate these exercise highly enough. I sadly had Botox in all of my chewing muscles for TMJ which changed my face completely. These exercises are really helping me to create the facial structure I used to have. The exercises help me to use the deeper facial muscles rather than the superficial ones which tug at the skin.     Really good!! Never done these exercises. Thank you. Don't want to do botox so I think your tutorials are great for us ladies over 50 who want to keep graciously young

    Thank you for this! I am actually relatively fit but I have an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and roundness in my face. I'm hoping that my face shape will start to match my body soon!

    I'd suggest everyone to do these exercises in front of a mirror , so that you can see and know if you're going wrong somewhere.

      Your dark circles might be caused by allergies. Many years ago I took my son to a pediatrician and when he saw us, he immediately said your son has allergies. When I asked how he knew he said because of the dark circles under his eyes. He got tested and sure enough was allergic to a few things.
