      If you could just do the abbreviation give out the different fruits in the beginning for us, busy people who have much things to do to set there and listen to the name of each fruit and all of the dragged out benefits of that 1 particular fruit. And you're a long introduction. I don't have time to listen or say I like this video. I'm not even gonna listen to The Thing. I'll figure out the eight fruits myself

    In 1988 I had CML, I had a bone marrow transplant. I was totally healed.
    The Lord Jesus, really blessed me, I was from a family of 10. My youngest brother that my mom gave birth to, when she was 45. Gave me his bone marrow. My next to the oldest brother was a pharmacist at the hospital that mixed my chemo. There’s a lot of factors that lead to a healthy colon. I attribute this to the fact that I do not smoke or drink. And my diet since then has consisted of many of these fruits.

    Im now 55 yrs and suffer with chronic constipation because of other challenges and 10 yrs ago for a bowel obstruction surgery where a sigmoid volvulus is. Gratefully being tested for colon cancer and the results was negative. Now if I don't help the process on, there doesn't happen anything although I do all the required: fruit and veg for fibre, exercising 5 days/ week, drink water. Well, I am calm about my health, and my life is in my Lord Gods' hands as HE gave already healed it, and HE KNOWS ALL!

    Bromelin is the enzyme that causes your tongue to hurt after eating pineapple. Always eat fresh for the bromelin. Canned doesn't have it as the heat used in canning it kills it. And don't toss the core as it contains the most bromelin. It's tougher than the rest but it's great for smoothies

    I love to eat all those fruits. I'm 72 y.o. elderly and like to watch these kind of videos to safeguard my health. Of course we have to take them in moderation , especially bananas. A medium size is just good. Consider also sugar content. Thanks for sharing. This is informative.

    Prunes, or dried plums as some prefer, are the easiest to keep on hand and eat without any preparation needed. And they work. I’m on pain medication for a degenerative spine condition. I eat 4-6 small prunes daily to avoid the constipation. If I skip them a few days, I can tell the difference and taking them again quickly sets things right.

    I had severe crippling constipation
    Came up w my own formula
    2 psyllium husk capsules
    3stool softners
    Fruit call different kind
    W chia seed n flax seed
    4 or 5 stewed prunes
    ALSO took drops of chlorophyll (gets toxins put of body)
    Tea garlic ginger
    Drastically changed diet t eat only healthy foods
    Took about 3 months t turn it around
    U can also eat canned fruit in water
    Good luck, takes persistsnce
    Also good veg like cabbage brussel sprouts broccoli

    All fruits are good for colon health and general health for all the body. I have eaten fruit... only ... for three months continually and can attest to its benefits. Like lack of constipation... more energy... not being tired ... etc. I have a lot of fruit in my daily intake...am 65 now and not been sick for more than 10 years . Could that be proof enough? I think and feel so. Good luck

    When young my father never allowed us candy, soft drinks or other junk food. He buy us fruit when we were with him running around. My mother the same way. So I grew up eating lots of fruit. We had an orchard with oranges,, grapefruit, apples and grape vines, fig trees, mulberry trees and pecan trees on the ranch. We had so much fruit my father allowed people to pick some for themselves. He was blessed with lots of fruit and I guess our stomach was blessed without us knowing it. Now that we are all old and grown we still eat lots of fruit. My boys were raised eating lots of fruit also.

    Butter melted in hot milk helps in constipation too. All the fruits mentioned here are really effective, ofcourse.

    Often those who have eczema are sensitive to foods high in salicylates. If you have an eczema problem, it may be be best to avoid high and very high salicylate fruits. Some apples are high in salicylates like Jonathan and Granny Smith Apples. Avocado and Kiwi are high in Salicylates. Pineapple and oranges are very high in salicylates. Many of the berries are high or very high in salicylates. Sugar bananas are high in Salicylates. Regular bananas are only moderate in salicylates.
    Also, many fruits are high in carbs. If one has blood glucose control problems, it is best to avoid high carb fruits or eating too much of high carb fruits at one time. It is best to eat only small servings of high carb fruit with a one hour wait between servings. This helps to avoid high blood sugar spikes which in turn can lead to insulin spikes which is not good for one's health.
    Finally, fruit should be eaten only when the stomach is empty to avoid undesirable interactions of the faster digesting fruit with slower digesting other foods. This is why it is best to eat fruit as the first food after sleeping.

      Basically, just fruits. A couple of them were in groups, like the “lemons, oranges, and grapefruits”. Then several berries. Prunes, not on the list , are “The magic #7”.

      Kiwi is really great..Wondered if it would get a mention..1 ripe Kiwi (gold or green) at night will ensure you a good clean out next day. Bananas ?not so much. I used to give banana to my son (when he was little) if he had diarrhea.

    I like all of them, now finding a ripe papaya will be like a needle in a haystack. Also can you eat/drink them in smoothies? Or like my grandma she would put the fruit in the blender and from there she would sweeten them and we would drink them, drop a few ice cubes and it was delicious. Avocados in a salad with tomatoes salt pepper vinegar and olive oil. How about mangoes? Kiwis is the one I would try last, it's sour (well the ones you find in the supermarket). I eat my fruits at breakfast with some cottage cheese and prunes and with a meal, I was taught to eat them before the meal. Thank you for your suggestions, glad I like all the fruits you mentioned. But the fruit that always helped me was guanabana. Don't know the name in English, but when the tree in her house gave guanabanas and drinks were made with the fruit, it was run to the bathroom full cleanup.

    I have avicodo mash with primal kitchen mayo, + a tesp of lime juice mix 1/2 to 1/2 each as an awesome dressing. Or equal amounts 1/4 cup of blueberries, avicodo, coconut cream + stevia and water blended in a wonderful smoothie. Small amounts of fruit daily 1/4 cup. A moderate daily salad, I focus on a mostly beef and egg diet, add to a lesser degree fish, chicken, and turkey. I would call it a modified ketovore diet but not as restrictive.

    Home made soup with no stock cubes or thickeners, using every vegetable that can be peeled (to remove pesticide/preservative on the skin) is absolutely wonderful. Making soup requires a bit of time and effort, but it is wonderful , especially if some of the vegetables are roasted with a little olive oil.

      @@madcyril4135 , soup makers do nothing for me. They tend to cut off/overheat during cooking. They have not the capacity of a v large pot which I use to make a few days supply. And they require more delicate cleaning than a stove top pot. My blender is good because It is quick and has a good capacity.

    I love the fact that these fruit help the digestive system! My question is, does all of these fruits have to be eaten in conjunction with each other? After watching this I’m going to make sure that we keep several of these fruits in the house at all times.     I absolutely LOVE fruits -ALL FRUITS !! However, I was diagnosed with a Irritable Bowel Syndrome and according to the FODMAP (which is a listing of everything I can eat and what I am not supposed to eat) it lists fruits as food I should stay away from.Do you havea modified list that includes people suffering from IBS, Crowns and all those issues ?

    Great video, Thanks. i break my fast every morning with 3 glasses of warm water followed by 1 or 2 fruits. In addition to the 8, i love mangoes,guava,grapes,pears, mangosteen, rambutan, melons,star fruit etc.Consuming fruits r great for our health .they retain most vitamins n nutrition unlike cooked food 🥭

    Papaya has papain digestive enzymes mainly for protein .
    Bromalain works with it,is healing , some people get constipated because they are unable to digest cellulose then apple peel and unpealed pears give tummy ache, so you have to find your source also is fruit that contain latex are not ripe they can cause great discomfort

    My mother loved bananas, but was on blood thinners, so she quit taking her meds. She would also salt her food before tasting it. She died from a stroke, but it was another medical condition that lead to that.
