The hydration and detox benefits of cucumbers are amazing! I love the idea of infusing water with cucumber slices or adding them to a smoothie for a refreshing, healthy drink. Thanks for the practical tips!

Great in many ways and a favorite snack or side dish. Also celery cut into sticks is perfect with cucumber a well as numerous peppers. We dip them into French Onion Chip Dip, Bagna Cauda, Yogurt Dips with Dill or occasionally mint, salsas, baba ghanouj, hummus of all kinds, etc. Of course also a must on a salad but also great for topping other dishes for crunch and flavor.

Me too! My lower back is knackered from working in a timber & builder's yard, lifting 50kg sacks of sand, cement and stuff, back in the 70s. I took early retirement in 1990 when 50years old. I continued with odd jobs and my art.
