      I was suffering from IBS for 6 years. Recently I did my research and found low FODMAP food table. I was eating high FODMAP foods as I found out. I stoped them and following low fodmap foods and no bloating what so ever. No medication needed. But its beeter if you can take rifaxa 550mg twice a day for 14 days. This would kill infection that is already there.

    dude i was backed up for weeks no joke i’ve been on the toilet all day and yesterday, multiple times a week with hardly any breaks in between, this for just a minute helped me get a bit out of me. kinda TMI but thank you so much i’m literally crying out of pure joy

    I’m 84 suffered constipation for years, after a CT scan I was told my I have a “tortuous redundant” colon
    The advice I was given use Senna and dulcolax for prokinetic activity feel so pleased to have found your excellent video it’s given me hope

      Senna (or Geri-Cot..a version of Senna) is awesome. One of the best laxatives out there..(as well as Apple Juice..)

    I was constipated for almost 5 days and lost all the will to go to the bathroom. I did your exercises for 5 mins and could already feel the gurgling and rumbling and tushed to the bathroom and was surprised to poop finally! And it felt like a huge burden off and I finally felt good. You are an angel!!! I swear to God after that when ever I would do the evercise even for just 2 mins, I would have to use the loo!

    I watched this video last night, but tried to do the massage today. I didn’t finish the whole routine before I started feeling the need to pass poop. I have never gone to the bathroom twice in a day without a laxative, today I did. All I can say is WOW and thank you!!!!

    I came across this video a few days ago so I followed along with Tori’s instruction. I had the best movement not long after that, maybe 2 hours later.
    Tonight I felt some action starting so I sat on the toilet and started the massage. While I started doing the circles around the belly button the cleanout started. I feel fantastic as there was no pain involved as is usual. Sorry if this is too graphic but this is the best massage for what ails us. Thank you Dr Tori!

      I think this technique, proper toilet positioning, maybe experimenting with 6 smaller meals in a day instead of 3 large meals (6 smaller meals will trigger peristalsis more frequently throughout the day, in case one of the GI issues causing your constipation/bloat is related to slow gut motility!), moving after meals (even like 5-10 mins of walking after a meal can help to naturally trigger peristalsis!) -- or even trying warm liquids to help stimulated peristalsis. Sometimes drinking a warm glass of water before or after a meal can help stimulate peristalsis.

      Pelvic Empowerment i've been toying with the idea of eating smaller meals more frequently for a while now, yes! i've heard so many amazing benefits from it that im super keen on. i had no idea drinking warm liquids to help was an actual thing, i've always sworn that drinking hot coffee or tea has done wonders for me but i thought i was just weird, haha! i'm pleasantly surprised it's an actual thing..interesting! i'll certainly have to start exploring and tweaking my exercise regimen to try to benefit my gi health. thank you so much for the tips, i sincerely appreciate it, i'm always open to trying new techniques and approaches to help with this, so thank you! ❤️

      I've had chronic constipation for decades along with autotoxicity. Got Country Life Betaine HCL with pepsin and I just feel so much better. Digest better and have more regular bm's

    I just want to say I had come across this because I was having so many issues back last October 2019. It helped a ton but I want to say “THANK YOU” this is how I found out I had a Desmoid Sarcoma that was from my belly button to my bladder. I thought it was just stool stuck every time so I ended up going in to the hospital concerned and in a bit of pain and advised them my issues they found my issue. If it wasn’t for this I would never have known I had anything. Thank you!

    This is terrific! I cut out gluten and dairy and am exercising around 1 and a half hours daily since 12th August 21. Although my IBS has improved, I am still bloating so your massage alongside cutting out legumes etc. should help me to end the bloating thats been bugging me for ages now. Thank you.
