I did this thinking it wouldn't work despite the amount of positive reviews in the comments. I haven't had a full poop for DAYS and if I was lucky I was only able to poop out pellets. I did this exercise for 10-15 minutes last night, despite actually feeling my bowels move I was impatient so I drank a glass of water and gave up. The next morning I woke up and bolted straight to the bathroom, finally being blessed with the sound and feeling of my bowels moving to push out the entity that has been living rent-free in my guts. I don't know if that was a coincidence or not but this definitely works so I'm going to do this exercise everyday. Thank you so much Dr. Yvonne Huang what a lovely name for my savior.
Doesn’t happen immediately but after about half a hour this worked. I can’t believe it. Keep massaging and rubbing it works eventually. You just get the feel of where you need to massage. I’ve been a full week without going and tried everything. This is was the last resort. water and massage seem to have been the thing.
@@tristanbellamy382 yes, eventually had a upset stomach for a bit after i got it moving then it settled. But Water was also the thing. Warm water was helpful for me. I now try fit in a few extra cups of water into my day, boil a kettle but don’t add tea or coffee just hot water with a dribble of cold to cool it down, i drink it like i would be having a normal cuppa and especially at night before i go to bed. Also added more fibre into my diet. Porridge for breakfast worked wonders for me, I think it holds onto the water more. I have diverticulitis and it’s taken forever to find what works for me. Don’t force water down you. Find a way to make it a habit you enjoy. Chewing more instead of gobbling food, a bad habit i still struggle with and moving about a bit after a meal. Sitting doesn’t help, it’s like it solidifies if I don’t move about or drink enough fluid. This worked for me. Hope it works for you. I know the feeling.

Not surprising, it's just your poop needs a little physical push, then it will get out. Or think of it as analogous to squeezing tooth paste out of the tube. So obvious!

Very very helpful info. I’m alone in Thailand, returning to the US in 2 months. I’ve known about my colon cancer for a long time, but at age 56, I decided to do bucket list items, and avoid the chemo , surgery and treatments.. focusing on enjoying life. BUT .. now after 2 years traveling the world, I “Think” the tumors are close to completely blocking my bowels, so THIS massage info may help get me through the next 8 weeks until I’m back. I’ve been MOSTLY pain free these few years, (maybe 10 bad days) until 3 weeks ago.. eating solid food or even peanut butter, is followed be earth shaking pain for several hours during the digestion process.. In his situation, that could cause more pain for him. If he can't tolerate peanut butter, how will his intestines break down raw veggies that some do cause gas? Just my opinion.✌🏼

I love you, it really helped me. I watched this video in incognito because I was embarrassed to search for it, but I couldn't help but give it a like to this video. My situation was that since February 3rd, I couldn't go number two. I tried squatting, but I couldn't, so on February 5th at 11 in the morning, I tried to remove it in pieces with a glove. Although I managed to remove something, it wasn't THAT poop that was hard. In retrospect, I tried to change my diet and noticed that something that filled me up was seeded whole grain bread with cheese, along with tea. This was literally on the 3rd, and I tried to continue eating healthier on the 4th, but by February 5th, I said, 'That's it, I'll eat what I usually do,' so I made myself a white bread toast with dulce de leche and had a coffee with milk. I knew it wasn't due to lack of hydration because where I live it's summer and I always drink water. Anyway, I came across this video and did 1 minute of each exercise for 3 sets. Since they recommended walking, I started cleaning my room and if I needed to take extra steps, I did. And I drank even more water. At 2 PM, I went to the bathroom, made some effort (although, to be honest, I was scared because I read so many bad things that could happen). By 2:23 PM, I can finally say I am free. God, it's so nice not to feel constipated

Exactly the same situation here - I’ve gone onto high protein diet, as well, as starting intermittent fasting and I’ve been struggling with BM for 4 days now 🤷♀️ how ironic - when is used to eat more “crap” food, wouldn’t have that problem at all 🙄🤦♀️ So hope these techniques work !

I assumed the root cause was the one thing I changed, which was increasing my protein intake. After doing some research of my own, it was confirmed. I reduced my protein intake and drank senna tea for a few days. One or both worked wonderful. I was back to normal for 2 years. I increased my veggie intake a weeks ago and it threw everything off again. Hoping these massages produce good results as well!

I had surgery and I was told constipation would be an issue. Dr. prescribed something, but it was no match for what is going on in my body. Praying this works!
Same happened with me .The surgery pain is smthng else but bcz of constipation,the pain I'm goin thru is unbearable ,it's about to be a week I am facing this issue 😭I have tried syrup ,tablets and what not ,but I truly hope that this will help.
@@anuxx2810…you may want to try Glycerine suppositories - you may have to do couple of days, but it should help hydrate the area and encourage evacuation. Of course an enema (place enema container in warm water so it is not cold, before using) is more productive and brings quicker relief.

Thank you! It was so scary when it kept going back up and I couldn’t push. I felt like I was in labor. This helped. Now I have figure out why this happened. I do not want to go to the doctor for this.😊
You can also do stretches withyour hands raised standing to stretch to get everything moving. Also lying on your back and raising your legs to your chest to help move things along. I helped my father get a blockage moving when he was in hospital and the doctors were planning on surgery for him using these techniques. Thank you and make sure you advise doctors to incorporate these techniques on their patients before they perform unnecessary surgery.
I know it sounds dumb but I jump up and down too. Arms stretched to the sky jumping and then down to the floor pushing my abs really hard. If your flexible, also lay on the floor and try to push your legs behind your head. It’s so frustrating because I don’t have a man in my life atm. But when I did, they could push my legs behind my neck as I laid on the floor one leg at a time gently pressing my stomach on both sides. I’ve even had my boyfriends gently step on my back and lift my arms up. Or gently step on my stomach when I’m on my back….. I don’t recommend this for everyone. Especially if the man weighs more then 200 pounds. But it’s way more affective to have a man with big strong hands push my intentions and lead the poop downward as I comfortably lay on the bed. Other useful things: plenty of water which is a given. Corn 🌽 Hot coffee If you need to use laxatives (and I do) start of with senna, a natural vegetable laxative Then work your way up to Biscadol Sodium which is a stimulant laxative. It will give you cramps but it works.
@sqrleyl.2499 Works esp well at night. Can do laying down on empty stomach. Take your time and breathe. Also home enema kit with just warm water to hydrate max 1x per wk.
Contracted a stomach virus or something a week ago and spent several days in the bathroom with diarrhea. I couldn't eat because it would just go right thru me. I tried to slowly build back my appetite but today overdid it and with the wrong foods. Within moments of trying this massage the trapped gas shifted and I finally able to get some relief. Thank you for this video. I was planning to suffer thru the night before getting a laxative but now it may not be necessary (trying to avoid drugs). Incredible. I suffer from diabetes, arthritis and multiple sclerosis. I have been on meds for a long time for bowel problems due to these underlying issues. In the past i did the same exercise but only two to three times which did work for the time being, after that it came back to square. Thanks, even though I never suffer from constipation I always had the feeling it took the stuff a very long time to pass, making me feel bloated. I tried some other things but they weren't effective so I ruled out those possibilities. Now it just seems it gets stuck in the final part of GI tract. This massage once or twice a week completely removed this feeling of bloating. I lift weights regularly and this feeling of being bloated really was annoying and held me back in some cases. It caused pressure in my abdominal area during excercise and also during 'excercise' pressuring my stomach and making me susceptible to feeling I have to throw up. It's gone now 👍

After pooping blood for almost 2 weeks it worked after performing it for 3 days straight every morning and night. Don't lose hope I've used a lot of suppositories and laxatives and this the only one that naturally helped me 🙈

Works, We never had these exercises, but we were taught to do 'belly dancing' for pooping, which is dancing and the stomach movement was in and out, worked like a charm.

I had surgery and I was told constipation would be an issue. Dr. prescribed something, but it was no match for what is going on in my body. Praying this works!
Same happened with me .The surgery pain is smthng else but bcz of constipation,the pain I'm goin thru is unbearable ,it's about to be a week I am facing this issue 😭I have tried syrup ,tablets and what not ,but I truly hope that this will help.
@@anuxx2810…you may want to try Glycerine suppositories - you may have to do couple of days, but it should help hydrate the area and encourage evacuation. Of course an enema (place enema container in warm water so it is not cold, before using) is more productive and brings quicker relief.

Nicotine actually helps constipation , it’s the withdrawal from nicotine that causes it

Thank you! It was so scary when it kept going back up and I couldn’t push. I felt like I was in labor. This helped. Now I have figure out why this happened. I do not want to go to the doctor for this.😊
You can also do stretches withyour hands raised standing to stretch to get everything moving. Also lying on your back and raising your legs to your chest to help move things along. I helped my father get a blockage moving when he was in hospital and the doctors were planning on surgery for him using these techniques. Thank you and make sure you advise doctors to incorporate these techniques on their patients before they perform unnecessary surgery.

I know it sounds dumb but I jump up and down too. Arms stretched to the sky jumping and then down to the floor pushing my abs really hard. If your flexible, also lay on the floor and try to push your legs behind your head.
It’s so frustrating because I don’t have a man in my life atm. But when I did, they could push my legs behind my neck as I laid on the floor one leg at a time gently pressing my stomach on both sides. I’ve even had my boyfriends gently step on my back and lift my arms up. Or gently step on my stomach when I’m on my back….. I don’t recommend this for everyone. Especially if the man weighs more then 200 pounds. But it’s way more affective to have a man with big strong hands push my intentions and lead the poop downward as I comfortably lay on the bed.
Other useful things: plenty of water which is a given.
Corn 🌽
Hot coffee
If you need to use laxatives (and I do) start of with senna, a natural vegetable laxative
Then work your way up to Biscadol Sodium which is a stimulant laxative. It will give you cramps but it works.

Works esp well at night. Can do laying down on empty stomach. Take your time and breathe. Also home enema kit with just warm water to hydrate max 1x per wk.

Contracted a stomach virus or something a week ago and spent several days in the bathroom with diarrhea. I couldn't eat because it would just go right thru me. I tried to slowly build back my appetite but today overdid it and with the wrong foods. Within moments of trying this massage the trapped gas shifted and I finally able to get some relief.

Incredible. I suffer from diabetes, arthritis and multiple sclerosis. I have been on meds for a long time for bowel problems due to these underlying issues. In the past i did the same exercise but only two to three times which did work for the time being, after that it came back to square. But according to your instructions I should have done at least 10 to 15 time, which I did and got what I wanted. Once again, thank you for your hard work and uploading the video.

Thanks, even though I never suffer from constipation I always had the feeling it took the stuff a very long time to pass, making me feel bloated. I tried some other things but they weren't effective so I ruled out those possibilities. Now it just seems it gets stuck in the final part of GI tract. This massage once or twice a week completely removed this feeling of bloating.
I lift weights regularly and this feeling of being bloated really was annoying and held me back in some cases. It caused pressure in my abdominal area during excercise and also during 'excercise' pressuring my stomach and making me susceptible to feeling I have to throw up. It's gone now 👍

After pooping blood for almost 2 weeks it worked after performing it for 3 days straight every morning and night. Works, We never had these exercises, but we were taught to do 'belly dancing' for pooping, which is dancing and the stomach movement was in and out, worked like a charm.
