Trauma is not as much what happened to you as much as it is the story, the unmetabolized energy STUCK in your body!!! True transformation only takes place when you begin to learn about you and by uniting your MIND and your BODY together! In this membership we have a different theme each month and we meet LIVE weekly on zoom and work through the pieces of the healing journey together as a community.
Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month!
You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!
IF YOU PREFER SELF PACED VIDEO COURSES HERE ARE MY MOST POPULAR COURSES:

I am soooo grateful for the member of Thrivers School of Transformation who gave me permission to post this Somatic Experiencing session on my channel. On my own trauma recovery journey - SE was the final step to helping me break free of the coping skills I was stuck in as well as the fight/flight/freeze/fawn survival energy that seemed to be refusing to allow me to be ME. In Thrivers School of Transformation we have live group coaching calls and now SE sessions to help survivors of emotional trauma break free of what is keeping them stuck. There is currently a 50% OFF SALE that's good from now until 12/31 OR until the maximum number of members is met. If this resonates with you - here's the link to check it out and see if it's a good fit for YOU: www.micheleleenieves.com/offers/VLng2TZt

😮Wow!! THAT IS AMAZING!! Thank you SO SO MUCH, Michele. This is the exact next step I need and have been searching for.
I just CRIED. From beginning to end😢 I'm still crying like a fool and it is WONDERFUL😢😅❤❤❤🎉
"DESERVES OUR ATTENTION", you said as i write this. THAT is what I felt/feel, overwhelmingly, right now- there's SO MUCH PAIN around my parents '-not wanting to hear it', stuffed inside me that I haven't allowed myself to process yet. But now I know how to take the next step. You showed me the door to my current cage. You showed me ai have the key already. I just didn't know how to use it😂
    Wow!😮 Just WOW!!😂+
    Forever Grateful🙏

I'm so sorry for what you have to go through with your family.... but I'm so glad you found this helpful - it really has been such a powerful modality in breaking out of survival mode and finally feeling like me again. It's my goal to help others that have been through emotional trauma to see how helpful it can be!!!

You gotta take the adds off the meditation vids. It's downright dangerous when I'm tripping!

👋 we meet every Tuesday at 1:00 pm for the monthly theme meetings and q&a
Thursdays at 4:00 for either trauma release breathwork or yearly members support Mtgs
Fridays 1:00 pm for EFT (emotional freedom technique) or group coaching/somatic experiencing
There will be 2 more Mtgs added in January as support meetings - specifically for people still in toxic relationships struggling to break free of enmeshment, trauma bonds, and gaslighting. The times have not been decided yet.
I tell everyone the membership is like a buffet. No one is expected to go to ALL the Mtgs - but rather everyone is encouraged to pick and choose which they want to attend live - most of the meetings are recorded and able to be viewed when you have time 😊
All times mentioned are in Eastern Time Zone

My wife has CPTSD from an abusive relationship in past. Her memoirs of it came back in year 11 of our marriage. We are in year 15 of marriage. My wife’s seems to be getting worse as now she says she needs to heal alone. I’ve done nothing but support her and love her. She says it’s to hard to heal while in a relationship. Is this normal? I know it’s not her fault and it’s not my fault. She is to point where even she feels uncomfortable around me. She says it’s not me personally but because I’m a guy in a past or present relationship she wants n needs to heel alone. Am I permanently losing my wife or is there hope she can heal enough from her boyfriend at age 18-21 and feel love for me again and want the intimacy of a close relationship with me again. It’s very sad situation

I'm so sorry to hear that this is affecting your relationship with your wife. The sad reality is past trauma.... left unhealed can dominate our present life and jeopardize the future. I'm not a pessimist.... but as someone that suffered cptsd from past abusive relationships - I learned first hand that just because the abuser was gone - did not mean an automatic trauma release. In fact - the longer unhealed trauma is not processed and released the smaller and smaller a persons world gets because there is less and less capacity to deal with things.
It sounds like your wife is struggling with what we call in the SE world as being an over coupling. The nervous system puts things together and 'bakes' them together in a way that's challenging to understand. For ex. if I was bit by a vicious animal in front of a blue house - the nervous system remembers EVERYTHING surrounding the trauma - so I might be stuck fearing that kind of animal AND have a weird anxiety around blue houses - which can then migrate into anything blue.
It sounds strange but that's how trauma works in the body. In this case it might be relationships (or men) are coupled with danger in your wife's nervous system. Meaning - a relationship with anyone will activate the nervous system. I truly encourage her to check out somatic experiencing - it works directly with the survival energy that comes up in the body that keeps us stuck!!
I truly hope nothing but the best for both of you - I know this must be so hard for you!

I’m going to talk with my wife and ask her to ask her therapist if she does somatic work. If the therapist doesn’t I’m going to ask my wife to go to a therapist who does the work. My wife says she loves me and it’s not me it’s the setting of the relationship so I fully believe over coupling has occurred. Wow this really sucks and is so sad n hard. 17 years together and it’s in jeopardy because of how some narc treated her 20+ years ago n repressed memories came back. Ty so much for responding as I am sure it was hard to give me this advice. I’ll do anything for my wife and I just pray 🙏 to god and the universe she can find healing for herself 1st and our marriage n kids 2nd

Currently struggling with this as well I feel the same way ur wife does it’s a little different my ex she was toxic before because of her narcissistic baby daddy so if lead on to me but she has grown so much for the past year and I used to feel like I can’t do anything like I’m not free but I’ve set boundaries with her had better communication she’s not a bad person at all but that’s how I first saw it as but she helps a lot now and supports me so much but there times where she does get very emotional or just triggered in general but I say the same thing that this relationship is making things hard but she lives with me now and she has no where to go
