Bullying is : motivation (by the actor), instigation (where none exists), predatory behavior toward an undeserving (innocent) party/parties and all of that undertaken chronically. Talking trash to deeply dangerous people that prey on, harm and "expire" the common population while you're trying to stop them, is not the same as the above. You'll also notice that Spider-Man as a persona with a mission, by intent has decided to face the same kind (not the same degree) of predatory people for the public, that Peter was forced to deal with in his personal life. He made himself a stop-gap between "bullies" and the population that they prey upon. Lastly : " *I've seen enough of this claim presented to make it factual* ".
