ಯೋಗಾಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅತೀ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯವಾದ ಆಸನವೆಂದರೆ ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ. ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಹಂತಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಇದನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಇರಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಅನ್ನೋದೇ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೂರ್ಯ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಹಂಬಲ ನಿಮಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀವೂ ಟ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ.

I do Surya namaskar 108 times a day. I have been practicing this method since last 3 yrs. Initially I started with only 10 then increased gradually. Pl do not push yourself for more number in the beginning. Most importantly, numbers are not important. Your consciousness of breathing is important. You should feel every breath...

Sir don't hold breath while bending forward .and practice slowly .in the beginning I also faced the same problem. Do only as many times you can give 15 days time.it should be done after warm up only

Think positively everything is possible even I was over weight walking for 30 minutes daily can help you initially. And slowly join yoga class. Yoga should be learnt under experienced guru.dont go for crash diet
