    I'm suffering covid positive patient as on October 18th. Currently in home quarantine. Was looking for pranayama exercise to practice. Seems like God himself directed me to watch this video. I have watched many videos. But never seen anyone explaining so simple and beautifully. Completely watched 44min video, not even skipping a second. I'll practice daily all these exercises going forward. Thanks a lot for this video mam. God bless you with good health.

    Hello doc, I'm on my second pregnancy and have been toggling between a 1.10 yr old and 6th month pregnancy along.. I felt this pranayama so helpful, whenever I have feel disturbed sleep. And has helped in bettering it..have a request, can you please upload asanas or simple and common stretches to be practiced during pregnancy.. Something that helps get rid of common tiredness, bidy ache and sleep difficulty, related anxiety etc.. Look forward to this video soon :)

And please do not except any drastic and sudden changes. Yoga is a remedy that takes time to show its effect. So practicing everyday will gradually show its effect.

    Early morning I hav running nose ..pls suggest any pranayama for controlling it mam...

      According to what your have explained, I think you have allergic rhinitis. Heating pranayamas and kapahalbhathi are very beneficial for your condition. Have you heard of Jala neti? I suggest it to every person with your problem. I have seen wonderful results with this practice.
