Good morning from Kentucky! I loved the up and over hip flexors, and especially the frog sit ups! Thank you for getting me ready for my day every day! I also wanted to say, that because of working out with you daily, I can now do a supported headstand away from the wall! I feel so strong!
Loved this! Was told these kettlebell work outs were better for building core stability. Adored them, but the last one really took me out, I have a bad back so I couldn’t reallydo any of em without hurting myself. I am not an expert so if anyone can recommend alternatives to that one is much appreciated 💕
The last one is pretty brutal, you can keep your elbows on the floor for more support. You can have a break after each rep putting your feet down. Glad you enjoyed the workout lovely ☺️
This is my first kettlebell workout ever and boy it was challenging... I thought I had gained enough weight training experience after 4 years but this is on the next level. Those crunches at the end were a real mental challenge to keep going. Lol My foot is in a cast so I modified the get ups and the march lift and hey did you know I think the march lift from a chair is actually harder 😂😂😂 I needed this. It was perfect the music is such a great vibe and I feel so much more “ human” than post surgery sofa slug now. I am SO happy I woke up today and chose to do this with you ❤

not me about to slack with the last exercise...Roxanne being like 'I really want you to push yourself'😂. I enjoyed this one, novelty for me to hear you giving vocal cues, I learnt that I've been doing toe taps wrong, started hinging at the hips and immediately felt the core engage
Those Turkish Get-ups, I was doing okay on one side but the other lol I just couldn't get my leg thru the bent one so had to put extra steps in Had to miss the last one as have had bad back for couple weeks and I know that exercise has always tensed it
I love your workouts, but struggle with the floor moves. I had corrective scoliosis surgery many years ago and have metal rods alongside my spine and the spin itself is fused. When lying on my back, there is an arch (gap between my lower back and the floor), so i can’t lie flat. Could you please help with some core moves that I could try?
Hi Roxanne! Great video! I found the frog situps very hard. Is there a workout you would suggest to build those mucsles to improve my ability to perform that exercise? Im guessing it focuses on lower abs? I had a c section at 16, 26 years ago. Im not sure if that would effect my ability or not. Thank you!❤

I struggle with Windmills on one side due to the mobility of my right hip. Is there an alternative or should I just persevere at a lower weight? Thanks
I would keep at it with a lighter weight to improve your hip mobility. Unless it's structural and your bones are preventing you from doing the exercise, I can suggest an alternative, let me know 🙂
