I’m currently on a health and fitness journey. I’ve been consistently walking 45 mins a day in the morning and want to add weights in the evening. I could only get through halfway today as my first time. I will come back tomorrow and try again. Goal is to move to intermediate by end of the month ❤️ thank you!!
38M here, after a month of doing your 15m beginner, I moved to this for the first time just now, it was great! I've had problems with my lower back (playing with my twin toddlers will do that 😅) but since I've started, I have had almost zero issues with it! Thank you!

I used kettle bells many years ago when i was super fit. But since having my son 8 years ago and being so much older (46) ive struggled with a lot of weight gain and zero motivation. These are the first workouts ive stuck too! Im so chuffed! Will move up to intimidate once comfortable. Thank you! ❤

Just got kettlebells recently and your video showed up in my recommended, the 20 mins passed by faster than I thought they would! It was tougher than it seemed but hopefully it’ll stay consistent ! Thanks for the fun beginners vid :D
This was great! Easy but impactful. I'm out of my era to use exercise as just a weight loss tool only. I am now using exercise for my mind, body and soul. Just as little as 20-30 mins daily has been a huge change in my development.
I have been doing this workout + a few other beginner ones of Roxanne's, 2-3x a week for two months now. I am much stronger and feel noticeably more balanced and capable while cycling and even just walking. I started with a 15lb KB and now have a 20 and 25, too, and alternate between the three depending on the exercise. I really appreciate the vocal instruction as a beginner so we can learn how not to injure ourselves! This workout was HARD the first two times, now I love and look forward to it. Thank you!

Im just getting back into weight resistant classes again after sickness but I couldn’t get to the gym today due to time constraints and I was in a mood because of it…..🤬 So, I got my 8kg bell & went hunting on YT for “Quick kettle bell workouts” & I came across yours…I completed it & got sweaty and my mood has now changed for the better…😅 as I was able to fit a workout in before an appointment..& I still have time for a shower as well! omg you just changed my whole world with "ribs to hips" 🤯I've NEVER been able to do a crunch without hurting my back cos I was too in my head and couldn't visualize my abdominals doing the work. Thank you!!!
I really appreciate your fine-tuning suggestions. For example, putting your knees towards your outer toes and pressing into the heel during the lunges. It really helped me realize why it felt off. Especially the comment with keeping your arms in the sockets. Lol that blew my mind. 33 years of doing it wrong and wondering why oh my joints hurt. Lol thank you for an amazing video! I really enjoyed the work out, structure and variety!

Phew, some early morning burn for me today! I started working out with your beginner videos 4-5 months ago, back then I used a 6kg kb (and 5kg db when I couldn’t keep up😅) - now it’s 8kg for the upper body and I switched to 12kg for RDLs and glute bridges! Progress 🎉 I added your side glutes Pilates workouts to the mix (THE best for hypermobile hips!) and my lower back has never been happier. Thank you! The staggered lunges still kill me for some reason, though. Sticking with 8kg there for now 😂
Amazing workout! I am coming back to exercises after having a baby via emergency c-section 4.5 months ago and this workout felt so good! Just skipped ab crunches and did "dead bug" instead. Thank you!
Loved this! I’ve done a few more intermediate routines before this one but this workout really helped to improve my form and I really felt the difference in respect to posture and butt squeezing 😅 xx

Doing this as 30 day challenge:D 1/30 had pause 3 times 2/30 had to pause once 3/30 no pause, I feel 🔥🔥🔥 4/30 no pause, hell in the beginning, then 🔥🔥🔥 5/30 the previous days' muscle fatigue is mostly gone, I feel more muscles being engaged in a more concentrated way 6/30 rest day, went for a hike 7/30 deeper more concentrated muscle work 8/30 feeling some 🔥 again in my inner thighs, back feels a bit more stronger
Super fat resolts doing it a week everydau because it is short and it is actually working! I see many inches of my arms fat belly and glutes burned down!! I love this training Thank you dear!!!
