    I had been power lifting for 10 years and was deeply entrenched in the “gym bro” lifestyle. After multiple injuries and my body just feeling tore down, this channel has given me new life and a sense of well-being. Thanks Breathe and Flo for giving me my life back!

    I have been so stressed and walking with a heavy heart for so long and I just wanted to try some yoga again since I could not go to the gym today and I actually had a long hard cry that I really needed afterwards. You opened something up in me with your presence and I feel like a massive weight is off my shoulders and my body is so happy, like I stretched years of strain out of my muscles. Thank you, deeply. I am so happy for this gift and for being alive.

    Best session yet. I turned 40 last year and in a random check I discovered hole in my heart. During extra testing I was told to stop weights and reduce pressure on my heart and that's when I discovered this channel. Once given the all clear, I had OHS in January and this week was 15 weeks post surgery. Recovery is going great, I feel strong, am back on (lighter) weights and continue to do yoga almost every day.
    Early intervention massively reduced the chances for my kids' dad having a stroke or heart attack in a few years. Yoga helped me deal with it. Look after yourself! 😊🙏🏻

    This yoga with Breathe and Flo has made me so strong and it has helped with stress very much. I have been going to the gym consistently for 20 years but now l am finding that my body mainly craves yoga. I guess after all the heavy lifting, my body needed a change.

      This is amazing. I am in the same boat pose as you! I've been lifting consistently for 14 years. Not long after starting their practices, I canceled my gym membership. I am stronger now then when I was lifting. This is more on an internal strength where I feel from lifting, it's an external strength.

      Same for me. After a lot of years lifting heavy I started Jiu-jitsu and for a few years now I've felt the NEED for yoga and I'll finally start it tomorrow.

    Going on 2 months now. I went from not being able to touch my fingers to my toes to now laying my fist flat. This practice has helped me with stress management, mindfulness, depression and anxiety. I owe you both many thanks for the practice and philosophy.

    Today, on the 1st. of April, it was a really cold day and even snowing. I took a long walk outside in a mountainous area nearby, in which the first greens and flowers of the year were joined by frosty winds. After I got home, I did this Yoga Session. It did a really good job at fosterting my inner fire. Now I'm feeling warm and relaxed. Thanks Flo! Namaste

    My awesome yoga-wise girlfriend observed my practice and told me to stop following willowy female yoga teachers on youtube and, instead, follow a male teacher, so i have been going back to practicing your sessions. This one was challenging in multiple parts, such as upper body strength, which means i will need to repeat it a few times. I enjoy your instruction method, thank you Flo and Namaste.

    I choose my daily workout very intuitively. Just whatever I gravitate towards is what I do, usually. My back has been achy and I thought I wanted a stretchy, restorative practice but this one is where my gut pulled me. I’m so glad it did. I’ve struggled with many of these poses in the past but was able to do all today AND the stretches felt fantastic on my lumbar and hip. Thank you!

    Just did this class with a friend who is newish to yoga. I chose it because it is in the beginner yoga playlist. My humble request is to move it to the intermediate playlist.

    I've ended my fast last Friday ( 5 days) and am down 20 lbs. My strength level is increased exponentially due to your lessons. I may fast again this Sunday but most likely intermittently because I typically cut my sugar intake for a couple of weeks. My bjj competition weight is about 220, im hovering around 248 right now but extremely lean. Keep up the good work

    I thought I’d might send you a comment, as I’ve been doing your yoga practices for the last 1,5-2 years almost every morning. At first with a lot of cursing (well internally obviously ) 😬🤭🥴 now I can say I’m doing really well also at times with some of your harder or challenging playlist 🥵
    This mornings vinyasa flow was absolutely wonderful as Emmanuel put it: challenging and relaxing as you seemed more at peace 😬 thank you to you and Bret for all the effort, your wonderful explanations and guiding tips, from a quiet participant from the other side of the planet namaste 🙏🏼

    I’ve been happily using your yoga videos for my active rest days to get in an amazing stretch, workout and to be humbled in my lack of balance haha I was definitely intimidated and frustrated when I first started, but now as I slowly regain my flexibility and learn, I’m really enjoying my mornings or evenings finishing the day with yoga as I listen to your voice guide me through it.
