    Can I proudly say that I haven't skipped a day since Jan 1? This is a huge deal for me since I have tried to do the 30 day program every January and was never able to keep up with it. My body was such a wreck that everything hurt intensly and most moves would invoke an asthma attack and I'd have to stop. This year I said "too bad. Im doing it." Every time Adrienne would say "focus on what you feel" PAIN! "Find a nice comfortable seat". TORTURE. "Find what feels good" NOTHING! Even laying on the floor in corpse pose hurt terribly. I swore at poor Adrienne during the lives and while she was all zen, I was gritting my teeth and grimacing. Sort of defies the whole purpose of yoga. BUT NOW.... although I'm still laughably bad at the poses most of them don't hurt any more and the last time I had my lungs checked they tested NORMAL. This is HUGE since I've been on disability for 12 years because my lungs were dangerously weak. Big changes are on the way, I think.

      This is awesome!! Good for you and thank you for sharing! I have also tried and failed at the 30 day challenge every year since 2020, one time I completed all the days... by December hah! I struggle with a chronic illness too so this comment really is inspiring for me, hope you continue to improve every day 💜

    This is the first Yoga I have done without my good boy and best friend of almost 11 Years. This is for you Argo who used to stand over me quite worried when I would bend myself into strange shapes and who I would have to spend many minutes after the practice reassuring him that I was okay. I hope everyone else had an amazing practice.

    Today’s practice was beautiful. As always, momentum for my days only appears once I have already started. One lesson I hope to take away from today: once started, most things are not as bad as they seem. It is simply the first step of showing up that is most difficult and today I did.     This finished up my morning workout today - very good practice. My standing split pose is currently with the back leg about parallel to the ground - when I revisit this one later I'll see how it's changed. Day 490 of the current run.

      I don't think I expected it to come up again so soon! Standing split is like 5% above parallel now - this was a good start to the day, I have my first chess tournament in a couple hours, and this is helping me clear my mind. Day 529 of the current run.

    Okay, this was absolutely AMAZING! My glutes and legs/thighs burned, and my abs were super engaged throughout the workout & burned at the end. I'm currently recovering from a cold, and this was the perfect workout because it was challenging and sweaty, but not too much! THANK YOU, Adriene!

    This was amazing again. So happy I can finally follow your 'more intensive' classes again after my herniated disc injury. In the mean time I joined your more 'stretchy and relaxing' classes, but I really missed this!     I feel like these balance-focused sessions are a good barometer to determine how I'm doing overall.
    I was struggling a bit through the session today. I feel very unfocused and filled with anxious energy; balancing postures that may give me few problems most of the time, I had some difficulty with. It felt like just as much a mental exercise, as it was a physical one.
    I got through it, though! Great job to all of us who tried.

    I am grateful for the morning workout. I used my block without instruction that helped me with balance postures. I liked the push ups and need to do more of those on my own.

    I have acid reflux and TMJ and i am always feeling nervous cause of the symptoms i guess.. i have been doing ur videos every day the neck shoulder/throat shakra and all are so helpful 🥺 but i really need something specially for relaxing the Jaw & clenching can u pls make a sequence specified for tmj ? Pls make it it will be a life savior for me😭🙏🏼

    I followed Adrian,i live with chronic pain and si joint dysfunction. i would love it if Adrian did a chair yoga series for people like me who cant do several poses, my injuries are all orthopaedic with a shoulder injury impingment so chair yoga is more safe for people like me, the only one that looks good and is a series and a payed for channel in a cost of living crisis i cant imagine many would sign up for this. I would love it if Adrian did a chair series of yoga and lots of spine hips and knees strength with flexibility and even to add Thera bands series also (physiotherapy bands) to stretch muscles that bit further is great.I have two depending on what colour as they have different traction black is harder to pull but building up to black is key and it makes you work harder.

    Ugh, I just cant believe my husband left me after 18 years, he just left me.he doesnt even want to talk to me anymore. Ive tried everything possible to get him back, but nothing seems to work and I cant stop thinking about him Im frustrated I dont see my life with anyone else. Ive done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I cant I dont know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just cant stop thinking about him

      Im really sorry to hear that. I went through something similar not too long ago. My boyfriend and I broke up and I felt completely lost. I tried everything, but it just seemed hopeless.     Blessed Beloved Beauties! Delight Day - 1 was amazing! It has been an experience of healing vibes and balancing vibes, too. I didn't make it to the mat until 11:15 P.M. EST, yet I'm so glad I came. It's better late than not at all. The past few weeks have been off since instructing 3 - courses in 1 term. I am challenging myself to show up everyday this month to return to self care. How was everyone's experience? Best wishes all! 🦋❤️🦋

    my right wrist has some kind of stress injury going on so some of the poses got me crying bc I could not do them. but I finished strong 🫠

    I recently sprained my ankle, and while I've graduated from PT and been given the all clear from my doctor, I can't sit on my heels or on the tops of my feet (like in child's pose) without a lot of pain. Does anyone have any recommendations for ways to help, other than just "do it a little at a time to get that range/strength back"?

    ATTRACT ⚡ | August 10, 2024 | In the month since we last did this great practice, I lost my four legged yoga friend and have been quite tender hearted. It took a little more out of me today than the last time as my energy levels haven't bounced back just yet. But I did it, I feel better and now I'm going to head to the beach with my family where I'll do my best Savasana and hopefully let the lake breeze chase some of my blues away. 🙏
