@@Kabonster basically with most consoles the PCB is too thick with a massive ground plate so it needs to be pre-heated.

@@Kabonster Sogo64 is correct. Yes you can blast 900F to the board but you'll be lucky not to damage things. For computer boards a pre-heater is a must. Then you can use less dangerous temps - Say 600F (gradually)? This is a very debated subject online though! :)

Bro I need help my game has trouble cutting on I brought it from a friend of mines he’s had it for some years. He didn't study anything at school for this.
But, PC repair and maintenence - it's a 6 week course if you feel you need the schooling. PC Admin AA degree would teach you this stuff in the first two semesters too.
Or, you could take a 6 hour A+ hardware course and learn 80% of what's needed too.
Ifixit also has detailed and in depth step by step tutorials for almost every electronic ever made - that's a great place to start if you want to learn how to do this stuff yourself without paying university type prices 🤷♂️

@RenyxGhoul I've seen them as cheap as $150 bucks at local career centers. That was a couple years back, I doubt it's changed much. And depending on your financial situation you can get the government to pay for your classes lol
