My only issue is i can’t get my shader presets saved on Retroarch. I load a preset, adjust paremeters, apply changes, but when i try to save it as a core preset or a global preset, quit the game and load another game it has no shader applied
Thanks so much for the video! Knulli works like a charm on the RG55XXH! First I installed GarlicOS, but it takes a lot of time to boot (I think it's RetroArch, that takes a lot of time to launch there). When preparing the SD card for Knulli I had a problem in MacOS. Everything worked fine until Knulli updated the files in it. The device boots correctly, but then MacOS stopped recognizing the SD card. Anyway, I could open the SD card from Windows. I think there's an extra partition that confuses MacOS, I will see if I can remove it. Now it seems there are 3 partitions: batocera, share, and this other partition that gives problems in MacOS.
I like knulli but its not perfect. I love th emustation style of knulli and easy scraper. Muos is a great experince especially if you want to use port master. But its not very convenient if you plan on using a big library of games and esthetic wise dont look as good, its more like the stock os look but better performance.
Nice Video. Im on a Mac and couldn’t get the Share Folder working. How to setup the Share Folder on the 2nd Sd Card Slot? Which Settings are needed here? If there are no Games available it wont start anymore. Thx

Knulli is trash. It's like it does a fresh install every time you turn it on. All your settings get deleted and the second SD card gets formatted every time you turn it on and all you're left with is the nine pre-installed trash games. It looks beautiful yes, but if it doesn't play games all it is is a screensaver. Not even one video on YT addressing any of this.
its the same as 1 card set up, just after you install the OS insert the second SD and the device will automatically format it and create the folders setup, then take the 2nd SD card and now put your ROMS in the respective ROM folder the OS created
how did you go back to the main menu to choose different game? and how do i change disk 1 insert from the legend of dragoon in knulli operating system?

I press the hotkey + b button and enter the drastic configuration menu and when I go to the cheats, if I want to leave it tells me it's the button KB escape to return to the menu (which is the select button) but I can't exit. In configure controls > extra controls, change the button to exit the menu, but once I enter the cheats I still can't get out. I have to restart the console to be able to exit

Knulli only reads cards that are formatted to ex4 which is a Linux format that Windows can't read or write to. Stock OS uses formats that Windows can read.
did he just delete the data in the drive only to Flash the SD card with a new Drive Img that Will Wipe the old drive img off the card before it Flash the new img drive on to it? dont that make that delete step, 100% pointless?
Uhhh he did that because, A, he wanted to show how to flash the image on a new sd card. B, there’s two partitions that gets created by the OS or needs to be manually created…it needs to be annexed. Just to make sure the system partition has enough space for the OS. And Lastly, this is a tutorial video bruv I need to cover all possible steps so that it’s noob friendly. Capiche? Alright thanks.
Ugh I have Batocera running and it was easy to install on this thing using a Mac. But seeing you get a vanishing partition is worrying. On Mac you have to go to Terminal to do that sort of thing and it is convoluted. I dont want to waste a SD card putting Knulli on if the partition will disappear like this after flashing.

All of my NDS games crash before they are able to start up, I get the BIOS warning notif and I hit yes but the game isn't able to start. I put the bio7. bio9. and firmware.bin files in the bios folder but it still does not work. My games are .nds files. Any help?
Ok so Ive tried so many ways now. Ive tried using so many flash image that Im fucking tired of this. My sd card wont work. It keeps disapperaing as soon as i hit write. It always gets an error message. I have to go to diskmanagement just to delete and formate it again because i can no longer see it. Flashing doesnt work. I dont know why, if its because my micro sd card is a Sandisk Extreme microSDXC
Have you tried cleaning it in the windows powershell command line interface? Sometimes windows doesn't like stuff that's been formated into Linux and is running into issues. The clean function in the command line I find helpful to fix old USB drives
"Open disk management and find your drive in the list. Right click on the right (longer) portion of the drive listing for your flash drive and delete the partition. Once deleted, you can create a new partition and format it. If windows won’t let you (sometimes happens with foreign file systems) you can drop to an elevated command prompt (start menu, type cmd, right click, run as administrator) and type diskpart, then hit enter. This will put you into the cli based disk management program. Type list disk, then hit enter. Take note of the number of your flash drive, it should be fairly easy to distinguish because of its storage capacity. Once noted, type sel disk then hit enter. Then type clean and hit enter. Be aware that the clean command will wipe all partition information, and therefore data from the drive, so be sure about the drive number you’re selecting. Once cleaned, you can repartition the drive by typing create par pri and hitting enter. And format it by typing format fs=fat32 or format fs=ntfs depending on which is preferable (or supported, as fat32 only supports partitions up to 32gb)."

I can’t get PS one games to load 😫 I have all bios and ROMs in the proper file extension. Is there a known issue with ps games and knulli?

to me its not populating partition share ntfs after rebooting the anbernic someone can help?
just deleate ext4 partition and then create a full exFAT partition along with batocera one...dont create NTFS as the video or it will not work.

Yeah i think stock os is still the most stable one. Wont risk it
100%. I'd much rather have the ability to transfer my files quickly rather than over WiFi which takes forever. I haven't had any issues with stock.

Most of the time that Share partition gets created automatically on the first boot. Sometimes it doesn’t. But there are chances.

Try it with a different sd. Or with a different disk image tool like rufus.

Yea rufus is fine too. On windows it just takes a couple of seconds.
