what I want to know is how to disable the button. for some reason, it was always disabled by default until I had to recalibrate it. now I keep pressing the button by accident and it's really disruptive. my searches have only given me irrelevant results or told me to physically remove the button and I've already had to replace a stylus more than once. I don't want to break a piece of hardware just to make it function how I want it to...
Hi, I have an XP Pen G430S drawing tablet. I recently bought it on Jan 18th so it has been 4 months since I bought it. Everything was going great and smoothly, I was able to digital draw again but all of a sudden my drawing tablet stopped working. And what I mean by this is that when I plug the cord into my laptop and I try to move the pen over the tablet, it won't drag my mouse or move it at all. Almost as if it's not connected at all when the cord is literally plugged into my laptop. It was working fine yesterday earlier in the afternoon but when I got back home and tried to use it, it didn't work. I have a HP Probook Windows 10 and this has never happened to me before. I am trying my best to search for things now because I am debating if I should buy a new drawing tablet or get a replacement pen. I looked up on Amazon and for the pen, I have that I need, a review said something very similar happened to them, it just stopped working almost like it was out of battery? when in reality it does not need a battery. I found out that I needed a driver and I need to install it in order for my pen to start working again. My laptop is a school laptop unfortunately so when I tried to download the driver that I need to access pen pressure, I get blocked before I can even download it. So now I am stuck. I don't want to buy an expensive drawing tablet because I feel like that is such a waste so I really need help fixing my drawing tablet. I think it is just the pen pressure, to be honest, but I am not really sure. Even if it is and if the only way to get it fix is to access the pen pressure, I can't do that since I can't download the driver. Please help.
I know it was driving me crazy too I don't even know how I figured it out but my instinct on my intuition led me to it. Greetings from California Gabriel
