To be fair this Stilton is top notch cheese no lie. I often buy it in the supermarket just to eat as is, it's absolutely bursting with beautiful blue cheese flavour and puts the supermarket branded blue cheese to shame

I really appreciate Marco and 1912 coming together to suggest that I might carefully cook the Stilton into a dish to make it creamy and rich. It's so much more poetic than reality, where I bite into the Stilton like a fucking apple, because nomnomnom.

Masterful work. Absolutely hands down best technique I have ever seen how to make perfect knocki from scratch. Wow...just wow. Loved that extra touch using parmesaan and a great white sauce. Every Italian watching this recipe will be incredibly happy and satisfied
You’re being sarcastic, right?😂 this is a disaster, boiling gnocchi before the sayce is done, cheap processed ready mader gnocchi to start with, bechamel sauce when you have cheese already, it all is an absolute failure. Btw, what are ‘knocki’?
