After resign from my pervious employer i.e. on 23 Nov 2021 i have multiple offer letters.
One of them company(x) started my onboarding process on 30 Nov 2021, but still i am not sure about that and they almost started it. Then i have better offer from other company which i have join on 7 Dec.
Also i rejected offer of (x) company on 6 Dec only...but they have created my PF account and also after few month they send form-16 also as per that they pay me for 30 Nov-16 Dec. Actually they didn't pay anything to me they adjusted the amount with penalty.
But now i have cleared 1 reputed company interview and in BGV they got this x company.
The major issue is
X mention DOJ - 30 Nov and DOE - 16 Dec (but i rejected offer on 6 Dec)
current company DOJ - 7 Dec
So as per EPFO portal or ITR from 7 Dec to 16 Dec i have worked for 2 employer at same time but actually i did not.

I am working in ABC Company from 1st March 2019 to till date, however in 2021 I have joined part time work in XYZ and working in Night Shift only for 2 Months but they have created my PF Member ID,
As per my EPFO UAN Record the details are
ABC Company Ltd:- Date of Joining:- 1st-March-2019 and Date of Exit:- Still Working
XYZ Company Ltd:- Date of Joining:- 1st-Sept-2021 and Date of Exit: 1st-Dec-2021
Question 1:- Can I remove my employment history of XYZ Ltd.?

Without taking salary I left one company. Everything was good. but that idiot company added salary and created a pf account after 10 month from joining. That creates dual employment.

I have been working in two different companies for the last 2 years. There is no way an employer can verify using e-portal or any other means. Unless you share the passbook credential to the HR or one of your collegue knows your secret. Only one company asked me to share the passbook for verification, were i denied sharing my passbook.

@@amritsekhon4228 While filing ITR with my auditor. I share my first company Form-16. The second company that i am working i don't Declare HRA, 80C or anything else in the company e-portal. The second company salary is fully taxed and comes into my account as per the New Tax regime. So far so good, i haven't paid anything extra to the income tax department. Only problem in this is, since i am having two PF accounts. PF amount cannot be transferred or Withdrawn to the bank account. Only advance EPF withdrawal is possible (Form - 31). Since there is a conflict of multiple PF from two employers. I am trying to find a way to fix this..
