Bhaii what is exact reason of layoffs, whether it because of
1.company already hired more employees during COVID but now they don't need much employees because of less work .
2.Employees didn't qualified background verification ???
Company is in loss and can't give salary to the employees thats why they do layoff
For company repotation it is not a good thing. It shows negative impact on attrition rate of a company. But if they have no other choice then they have to lay off their employee.
I got shortlisted for TCS Digital Interview, but I've failed 12th with 54.6 % in the 1st go, and in the 2nd go I passed with 60.2%. I wanted to know whether I'll be able to pass the BGC or not? Because TCS's criteria mentioned on site is clear and it requires : 60% in the first go.
If such is the case, then why even shortlist me for digital interview?

Sir Exp. person hoon.... mere previous company ka jo 2012 year mein resignation kiya tha.... Ouska proper document nahi hain. Us company mein 2 Yrs kaam kiya tha 2010 to 2012. Ouske badh mein abhi 4 company change kar chuki hoon.... Ous sabka proper Documents hain. But phele wala ka I have Only Offer letter. Please give me proper solution. TCS Background Verification mein last kitna company ki verification karti hain. Please give me proper solution. Bahut tension mein hoon. please help.
Don't mention the company name in your resume which you don't have relieving letter.. but TCS will do UAN check ...

Mene pehle ek company me kam kiya tha vaha pe mera UAN generated hai ...per ab mene Accenture ko apply kiya hai as a freshers without any work experience..so unko uan ke through pata chal jayega kya ki mene udhar kam kiya hai ya nhi

Hi @ArupGhosh, maine abhi tak 4 companies mein job kiya hai. First company ka UAN number alag hai aur baki 3 ka alag.
Jab mai apni 2nd company change kar raha tha tab mujhe 2 offer aaye the, maine ek company join kiya 04th march ko but wo mujhe sahi nahi laga aur maine resign kr diya. aur dusri company ko join kr liya, par ab dikkat ye hai ki overlap ka issue aa raha hai. 1st UAN mein jis company se maine immediately resign kiya tha uska details show kr rha joining date: 04/03/2021 and exit date: 14/04/2021 and 2nd UAN mein dusri company ka joining date hai: 15/03/2024. kya is se BGV mein issue aa sakta hai?

Well recently interviewed in MNC and filling their BGV form, well in 2018 September to October I have worked for a firm that is my second company where only for One n Half month I hv worked absconded ( hv pf entry, no service letter) , I have total 6 yrs wrk experience now( worked for 6 companies including 2nd), I hv skipped 2nd comp. in resume and in BGV form too, can u guide me.,What to do now.with UAN they wil find it out.. So what should b d execuse i give.. I am really worried.please help

My son resign company A 3month before now bgv in process .in 5company service history in a company he done 10days work which is not match as told here happened 3days overlapping now fear is what happened

But I don't want to share their details.
They are asking my consent to contact them
What reason can I give if I don't want them to contact to previous manager.

Brother, there is a 15-day overlap between company B and company A. The Background Verification for company B has been completed and it has been 15 months since then.
Can he now switch to company C without company C raising an issue about this overlap? If he inform the HR of Company C beforehand that there was a genuine medical reason for this, will it still be an issue? Actually, the previous Company A took time to issue the relieving letter and complete all formalities, and he had only one offer left in hand to join where he had to immediately join, which resulted in a 15-day overlap. Now if he switches to Company C, Will Company C's background verification fail then? Please let us know.

Hi, I have a question regarding background verifications. My brother has 4 years of experience and has worked in a total of 4 companies. He wants to remove his first company's experience as he only worked there for 6 months. He is concerned whether there will be any issues during background verifications, and if the company UAN (Universal Account Number) will reveal all the details of his previous work experiences. He wants to know if it's possible to verify only the first company's details using the UAN, including where he worked and the duration, without showing it on his resume.

I got placed in LTIMindtree this year ... my problem is name in my adhar card and marksheet are differnt like spacing problem... my name in adhar card has space between my first name and middle name but in actuall there is no space between these two they are written jointly in my academic document.. jointly written name is correct one. so please guide me bhaiya..
like Amit Raj in aadhar card and Amitraj in academic documents... but i have given aadhar card name at the time of applying in company.

My father name is present incorrectly in epfo protal and uan.
I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.
With in a month i have to join new organization.will incorrect father name in epfo will create any problem in background verification.

Say, If i m a manual tester in previous company and if i am applying and got selected for devops role , Are they going to check this in BGV by doing some verification like telephonic verification?
Bro, they will mail your details to your company mentioning every details you provided and beside every details there is option of true or false and if false then comments.
Bro you will easily get nailed.
You will get orange or red tag in bgv.
Even they will ask your previous company that will you rehire him and if your previous company will say no then again it's a mess. 😂

Companies are just going to check if the candidate had worked in the employer or not and they are not going to check in depth whether if you are exactly a Manual tester or an Automation Tester
@@NeverStopLearning56 They will check the job role too bro. Provide the job position that was mentioned on the offer letter or if you have letter of position change then you can mention that too. It basically depends on bgv agencies.
If it's Authbridge, idfy, kpmg, then never try to change anything.
