Mam I work in an organisation. But their registered office address,which is mentioned in Letter head ,is mostly closed now and they have shifted the office to the rented factory only. And rented factory address is not mentioned. If they'll do physical address verification of organisation then it will not be a problem na. Will it create a problem in bgv?

Not an active job-seeker but an experienced working professional. - What if the ex-employer fabricates information against the interest of the employee? In a practical scenario, esp when a valued employee resigns a job due to better opportunities, the previous employer leaves no stones unturned to stop him/her from doing so. So, why in such a case the previous company will give a honest remark esp if there's no accountability? Or is there any accountability?

I don't how companies trusting candidate ex employer rather than employees 😂😂, because my ex company don't want me to leave warn me very agressive way that u can't leave this company, company need you ,now if I leave this company they definitely give bad feedback
Someone ask these HR people when are they willing to allow BGV of the company done by prospective employee. Most companies provide false information about a job profile and role and make fake promises or hide relevant information during interview time. Post joining you come to know everything discussed during Interview was false or misleading. Since everything happens over calls or f2f Interviews there is hardly any written record of the conversation. So, my Q’s is when are companies allowing BGV of the company to be conducted by an employee ?
Some students are saying that there are some changes in providing offer letters to candidates. I've also seen, companies asking for Details like certificates, salary slip, personal documents before giving any offer letter. What I experienced personally was that company provides offer letter for a limited duration asks candidates to accept the offer letter by signing and before joining asks for documents. But now a days HRs demanding documents before offer letter. This is putting candidates in a difficult spot cause candidates can not bargain with other companies 🙄
Just provide them scanned copies take or leave.Throw these companies under the bus otherwise they take advantage and will make this a norm.If most of us do it then companies would think twice.
HR asks for what most companies refuses to do, this is why given shrinking demographics very soon HR will have nobody to run background checks on. As simple as this. Especially in recession when most companies avoid standard contracts and resort to contracts that do not require them to issue certain types of documentation. Why companies do this? To cut expnses avoiding taxation and social care costs. And for this reason there is no way a former employee can later on provide HR with required documents. And to my knowledge this trend is on increase, so if HR hopes to keep recruits pool healthy it had better cut down on backgorund checking obsession and restrict it to minimum required education and lack of criminal record. Since everything else will be almost impossible to verify in incoming 2-3 or maybe even 5 years of global downturn.
My friend passed out in 2022 with 3 backlogs for first year he could not clear and while background verification the college favored him claiming that there were no backlogs and he cleared the backlogs in 2023 while working in the company without any hassle
@@ashonvills uan is one of the most dangerous and worst thing ever happened to a employee carreer, if you tried to abscond or if you leave without formal resignation or termination, this fraud companies can open pf account under uan number and contribute pf amount, in this way in future if you try to hide any fraud company experience to your new employer, they can track your work hiatory.
U may not give UAN and say that u will close the earlier pf a/c and want the new company to ope a new PF a/c with a new UAN. People sometimes have multiple UAN. Isn't it?
@@sumitghosh5029 Yes, But UAN can be easily fetched through Aadhar or if they ask for Salary slips, It can be fetched from PF no as well, So unfortunately you can't get away with UAN
I have one doubt. According to your advice. You are trying to say that person should continue same domain. Let's suppose if a person was more inclined towards coding but got testing role due to business requirements in his first company. If a person wants to get a call for development role - most of the time HRs rejects people from non coding profile(How can non technical HR people decide my future - which role I want to pursue).
Regarding CAREER GAP, yea some MNCs like TCS,WIPRO,CTS have some rules...like if have career break on 2+ Years..u cannot get the technical role job..So Many ppl will put "FAKE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE" to fill in the gap. its a 50/50 chance..Sometimes u can get into it fine..sometimes u may fail the background check.. but its definetely worth trying right?? i u GET JOB..COOL else move on try other companies till u get.
I see a lot of people with fake work experience. Most of the indian companies doesn't do work verification that deeply. But yet if you are opting for a management role at big 4 or something you can expect all these.

I have a very niche and unrelated query. Perhaps the topic of another video? I have my graduation in Bachelor of Computer Applications through distance mode. I see that there is an unspoken/unofficial rule amongst MNC’s such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, etc about not hiring candidates with distance education degrees. This to my understanding seems to be discrimination and they aren’t really doing justice to candidates who may be skilled. I personally have faced this where my CV simply doesn’t qualify for interviews due to my choice in mode of education. In a nutshell such organisations have declared that choice in mode of education is more important rather than skillset or ability. And we all know the practice of demanding for 60% aggregate throughout the academic years. In addition a gap in education also leads to rejection. In short to work in any such esteemed organisations as mentioned above one cannot have medical issues, financial issues or any other social issues that could lead to derailment of their life. The government of India doesn’t seem to have a problem with distance mode of education but it appears few establishments are dictating rules about what’s acceptable rather than being a fair ground. Funnily enough several of the above mentioned organisations have tie ups and urge you to pursue higher education through their affiliated distance education programs. I find this entire situation extremely frustrating and frankly discriminatory. I choose to think there are many more like me and speaking up about it is the only way to overturn this.
@@chetanruwatia7135 So they do have such programs however the hypocrisy is such that if you pursue the same curriculum through the same distance medium they refuse to recognise it. However after you join such an organisation they would urge you that you should up-skill yourself and pursue further education. For this they have various tie ups and affiliates which are also distance/correspondence medium. But since you are going through their affiliates they are ready to recognise the validity of such an education.
What I fail to understand is why don’t such so called esteemed organisations learn from developed nations where the qualifier for jobs is really skill and not some damn degree which doesn’t even play a major role in one’s day to day job or their professional responsibilities. Not by a wide margin in tech or IT at least.
This is why I NEVER give notice before I leave a job. These companies don;t have any problem with letting you go at the drop of a a hat, why should they get any respect with a notice?

BGV checks I feel at times are not even conducted by BIG firms, or financial companies, they are in hurry to hire candidate to fill up the position and get work done. Almost they do reference check. Also big firms are interested in getting work done. Layoffs they are ready to do fast. Without any reasoning or explanation.
Don't worry about the CTC , CTC is non disclosure so no one ask and no one verifies , you can put CTC based on what you are expecting from a new organisation accordingly justt avoid to update basic and relative components like hra , you update your bounce, I have switched 4 company and each I gone through with background verification and never have any problem. So don't take this video seriously, you can ignore this video. Organisation's only purpose of verification is to verify number of years experience from previous organisation prospective.
Bro I have a question... I have worked with three organization and I got OL from accenture. But my first company did not have pf or form 16.I have releiving letter. Is this any problem in bgv.
@@nishak7081 there are so many tools that help to convert your pdf salary slip to word doc , once it's converted just update your salary part aprt from basic , pf and HRA once updated just save the word file with pdf
@@desitadka289 PF and From 16 is only required from your last organisation so if you have PF and from 16 from your current organisation that is sufficient enough.

Ma'am can we tell in the interview about previous company experience of a dispute as if don't get any document from that company. I have worked in one company they have hired me as HR analyst but expecting me to do sales survey which was not possible for me so I gave a chance to my manger to say that if you want you can resign so I resigned then my manager gave acceptance and didn't ask me to serve notice period and there was one policy " Bring your own device" So I used to work in my personal laptop as she asked me too purchase it and when I resigned so I deleted the company data which was provided by my manager like formate of HR forms and handbook. I deleted those documents as well. and When I started follow up for my fnf she said you absconded you didn't serve a notice period you breach the data which was not true she said these sentences to every person who leave the company. They never kept CCTV in their office. She gave acceptance on my resignation after 2 3 month she was asking me serve notice period. So should I share this experience in interview.

My Qs is.. if someone wants to hide his gap with experience letter. How he can do?? bcoz HR's and companies are very judgy😑😑.... They dont even want single day gap😒.. You should come out of this HR/company saving thing and suggest how to do it.... I got so much rejections till now. This period of rejections also became very long period.. I had covid and post covid (heart clotting) due to which i had to leave my previous job and i was under treatment.. and NOW JUDGEMENTAL BEHAVIOR of HR community dont accept me.. 😤
I just had an offer rescinded. I worked hard on my credit to qualify for the third interview. I was hired and had to go through the background check and I made a typo and 2022 instead of 2021. I corrected it and sent in copy of paycheck and W2. They just rescinded the offer today. I am devastated. 😪

Ma'am, I am facing an issue in BGV check. I received an experience letter from my previous company but there is a mismatch in DOJ from experience letter and joining letter. There is a 10 day gap.This mistake has been done by the HR team.so what should I do in that case?
i left my previous org without serving the notice period after my first year where my DOE was 11th but my DOJ for the other job was 5th, i didn't knw that would impact my UAN and thought I would compensate which will fix the issue, now it's showing 6 days dual employment on my UAN but it can be seen only when they check my exp letter, DOE is not mentioned for the first company on my UAN but on my exp letter it states that, I've tried to change it but company denies..

I am stuck please give me some advice I worked in a company for 3 months then i absconded from that company cause of the working environment, The team leaders and seniors didn't know how to talk to an employee. Shift timings were off They used to call me even on week offs. All in all it was affecting my mental health. I was also a fresher who didn't know that absconding is wrong it will have consequences but now I don't know what to tell in an interview when they will ask for the relieving letter or experience letter or in case they do the bgc I will be caught. I have learnt my lesson but don't know what to do or how to handle this situation
All the information you have provided are great. Yet here we are stuck with bgv not committing any mistakes from our end. My hubby worked for 2 n half years in a Company where there is no pf deductions and hence no form 16. All they ask is for hr confirmation mail for the non availability of pf deductions but that company is refusing to give that. Keeping this as a reason even after direct verification they have mentioned it as fake 😒.do you have any idea to overrule this case
@@vinithiprabagar we did all we could and at the end HR asked to look for other opportunities so we did that and got one . And meanwhile they removed the id from onecog so it means they rejected the offer.
Mam, i have provided the previous company joining date wrong while filling the BGV form. I joined on 27th oct but gave nov. Later i explained them when asked for clarity with supporting documents. I'm scared whether it will cause some issue.
Please reply me .. I have joined an organisation in March end to May. It was an Internship. It was small organization or just 3 4 people. Founder was managing everything so what he did was he just joined me in the group after the interview and when i asked for offer letter he didn't replied but i kept working as i had to learn. He paid me 3000 something for march because i started to work on end and 9000 something for april. He showed me on an excel sheet that my stipend is 10000 along with the others. When the may end comes suddenly one morning he said to all of the people to resign or get terminated so we didn't get last month salary. He also blocked my razor pay account and i couldn't download the salary slip. What should i do because i mention this internship in my resume as we worked very hard there and i got to learn alot anyhow.

No, your Designation and Job Description are different. In any case you're shortlisted, you'll be able to answer questions based on your work so it won't be a problem.

Both mentions different Designation, I got promoted but it was never official because I resigned and thus designation change wasn't applicable anymore. Actually, I failed my BGV by Designation mismatch (My actual designation is System Engineer but I wrote Software Engineer, and actually my role is in Software developer) and company is asking me the clarification. What should I do or what should I write, it was totally unintended?
@@mohit214ml My BGV also failed, it's better to write like System Software Engineer, that way they won't see it as a different designation but as an expanded title. This is the same reason you can give them also explaining how you were a system software engineer in a Software Engineering Team.

Company A to Company B to Company C Brother, there is a 15-day overlap between company B and company A. The Background Verification for company B has been completed and it has been 15 months since then. Can he now switch to company C without company C raising an issue about this overlap? If he inform the HR of Company C beforehand that there was a genuine medical reason for this, will it still be an issue? Actually, the previous Company A took time to issue the relieving letter and complete all formalities, and he had only one offer left in hand to join where he had to immediately join, which resulted in a 15-day overlap. Now if he switches to Company C, Will Company C's background verification fail then? Please let us know. My query is if reporting manager has made a spelling mistake in background verification form while providing name of past employee to new employer . As per experience letter, offer letter name spelling is different. Will the job offer be cancelled due to mistake in name spelling after scrutiny of the documents? Also on offer letter of a new company it is mentioned that if after scrutiny of documents any discrepancy found in details then job offer will be straight away cancelled. Reporting manager is reluctant to accept his mistake in name spelling. Will the job offer be lost in such case? Also should joining such a company be avoided if that company is in different city & possibility of job offer getting cancelled is there due to name spelling provided by old reporting manager not matching with the offer letter & experience letter ?
Everything is myth 😂😂. Come to Pune there are many classes providing training + experience letter and also people have got great jobs with CTC more than 6 lacs . People have successful career and living good life . They buyed flats cars and living good . People have joined company with 5 + yrs gap by showing fake experience . If you want I can name the institute. My friends are working from past 2 yrs with fake experience. Come to Pune ask anybody top testing institute.
Dear Aditya, that is what I said in Video as well, if the company giving you the certificate, puts your records in the system and verifies it at the time of BGV email is sent to them, then its not a problem.. problem happens when someone gives the certificate and when BGV email comes the HR of that company denies your records..

People say only skills matter,it should be,but unfortunately in India piece of paper is very important What if companies make a recruitment system in such a way that they value skills more than papers then companies & candidates both will be happy
Because the applicants are huge in numbers paper based elimination is easy to execute, even companies know skills are more important just more difficult to check skills of each candidates but still there are ways like coding competitions in india to win a direct interview.
Mam can you please make a video on how to get placed in service based companies like tcs or Infosys like about their interview level questions and stuff coz that type of companies are the hope for me now as my campus placements are going on and coz I havent been placed in any company yet. Also it's hard to find a job if you haven't been hired through on campus placements so its better to join these companies

If we have graduated from a university and worked for almost 8 years then you join a new company then the university is being closed now then BGV is failed? How BGV works?
I would like to request you to answer a small doubt. I work at X company and get an offer from Y company that needs 3 YOE, since they did not mention not to so I included my 4 months Internship as well including which it completes 3 YOE. Y provided a DOJ which is 90 days after giving the offer. So now even if I exclude internship what I see, there is still 1 month gap for 3 YOE. Will my BGV fail or is there any threat of revoking the offer?

will the bgv be done for more than 24 years old work experience? if there are no records in that company but one have a experience letter then can he say that he was a not on rolls for this work.
Can we remove work experience of initial few companies where I worked for short periods? For example I completed my graduation in 2012 and started working soon after that. From 2013 to 2015, I have worked in 3 different companies. Can we eliminate those initial years and put work experience from 2016 onwards. How does it works?

In a practical scenario, esp when a valued employee resigns a job due to better opportunities, the previous employer leaves no stones unturned to stop him/her from doing so. Someone ask these HR people when are they willing to allow BGV of the company done by prospective employee. Most companies provide false information about a job profile and role and make fake promises or hide relevant information during interview time. Post joining you come to know everything discussed during Interview was false or misleading. Since everything happens over calls or f2f Interviews there is hardly any written record of the conversation. So, my Q’s is when are companies allowing BGV of the company to be conducted by an employee ?

Some students are saying that there are some changes in providing offer letters to candidates. I've also seen, companies asking for Details like certificates, salary slip, personal documents before giving any offer letter. What I experienced personally was that company provides offer letter for a limited duration asks candidates to accept the offer letter by signing and before joining asks for documents. But now a days HRs demanding documents before offer letter. This is putting candidates in a difficult spot cause candidates can not bargain with other companies 🙄
Just provide them scanned copies take or leave.Throw these companies under the bus otherwise they take advantage and will make this a norm.If most of us do it then companies would think twice.

HR asks for what most companies refuses to do, this is why given shrinking demographics very soon HR will have nobody to run background checks on. As simple as this. Especially in recession when most companies avoid standard contracts and resort to contracts that do not require them to issue certain types of documentation. Why companies do this? To cut expnses avoiding taxation and social care costs. And for this reason there is no way a former employee can later on provide HR with required documents. And to my knowledge this trend is on increase, so if HR hopes to keep recruits pool healthy it had better cut down on backgorund checking obsession and restrict it to minimum required education and lack of criminal record. Since everything else will be almost impossible to verify in incoming 2-3 or maybe even 5 years of global downturn.

I think one topic got missed is PF UAN number. Once you give your UAN number all your service records with PF contributions will come into light.
I don't think it's mandatory. PF is your personal account in a way. PF and PPF are different.

U may not give UAN and say that u will close the earlier pf a/c and want the new company to ope a new PF a/c with a new UAN. People sometimes have multiple UAN. Isn't it?

I have one doubt. According to your advice. You are trying to say that person should continue same domain. Let's suppose if a person was more inclined towards coding but got testing role due to business requirements in his first company. If a person wants to get a call for development role - most of the time HRs rejects people from non coding profile(How can non technical HR people decide my future - which role I want to pursue).

I have my graduation in Bachelor of Computer Applications through distance mode.
I see that there is an unspoken/unofficial rule amongst MNC’s such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, etc about not hiring candidates with distance education degrees. This to my understanding seems to be discrimination and they aren’t really doing justice to candidates who may be skilled. I personally have faced this where my CV simply doesn’t qualify for interviews due to my choice in mode of education. In a nutshell such organisations have declared that choice in mode of education is more important rather than skillset or ability. And we all know the practice of demanding for 60% aggregate throughout the academic years. In addition a gap in education also leads to rejection. In short to work in any such esteemed organisations as mentioned above one cannot have medical issues, financial issues or any other social issues that could lead to derailment of their life. The government of India doesn’t seem to have a problem with distance mode of education but it appears few establishments are dictating rules about what’s acceptable rather than being a fair ground.
Funnily enough several of the above mentioned organisations have tie ups and urge you to pursue higher education through their affiliated distance education programs. I find this entire situation extremely frustrating and frankly discriminatory. I choose to think there are many more like me and speaking up about it is the only way to overturn this.
Why don't the MNC themselves start training and education facilities for improving the requirements they want to have in their employees.
@@chetanruwatia7135 So they do have such programs however the hypocrisy is such that if you pursue the same curriculum through the same distance medium they refuse to recognise it.
However after you join such an organisation they would urge you that you should up-skill yourself and pursue further education. For this they have various tie ups and affiliates which are also distance/correspondence medium. But since you are going through their affiliates they are ready to recognise the validity of such an education.
What I fail to understand is why don’t such so called esteemed organisations learn from developed nations where the qualifier for jobs is really skill and not some damn degree which doesn’t even play a major role in one’s day to day job or their professional responsibilities. Not by a wide margin in tech or IT at least.

BGV checks I feel at times are not even conducted by BIG firms, or financial companies, they are in hurry to hire candidate to fill up the position and get work done.
Almost they do reference check.
Also big firms are interested in getting work done.
Layoffs they are ready to do fast. Without any reasoning or explanation.
Don't worry about the CTC , CTC is non disclosure so no one ask and no one verifies , you can put CTC based on what you are expecting from a new organisation accordingly justt avoid to update basic and relative components like hra , you update your bounce, I have switched 4 company and each I gone through with background verification and never have any problem. So don't take this video seriously, you can ignore this video. Organisation's only purpose of verification is to verify number of years experience from previous organisation prospective.

@@nishak7081 there are so many tools that help to convert your pdf salary slip to word doc , once it's converted just update your salary part aprt from basic , pf and HRA once updated just save the word file with pdf

Ma'am can we tell in the interview about previous company experience of a dispute as if don't get any document from that company. I have worked in one company they have hired me as HR analyst but expecting me to do sales survey which was not possible for me so I gave a chance to my manger to say that if you want you can resign so I resigned then my manager gave acceptance and didn't ask me to serve notice period and there was one policy " Bring your own device" So I used to work in my personal laptop as she asked me too purchase it and when I resigned so I deleted the company data which was provided by my manager like formate of HR forms and handbook. I deleted those documents as well. and When I started follow up for my fnf she said you absconded you didn't serve a notice period you breach the data which was not true she said these sentences to every person who leave the company. They never kept CCTV in their office. She gave acceptance on my resignation after 2 3 month she was asking me serve notice period. So should I share this experience in interview.

My Qs is.. if someone wants to hide his gap with experience letter. How he can do?? bcoz HR's and companies are very judgy😑😑.... They dont even want single day gap😒.. I just had an offer rescinded. I worked hard on my credit to qualify for the third interview. I was hired and had to go through the background check and I made a typo and 2022 instead of 2021. I corrected it and sent in copy of paycheck and W2. They just rescinded the offer today. I am devastated. 😪

Ma'am, I am facing an issue in BGV check. I received an experience letter from my previous company but there is a mismatch in DOJ from experience letter and joining letter. There is a 10 day gap.This mistake has been done by the HR team.so what should I do in that case?

i left my previous org without serving the notice period after my first year where my DOE was 11th but my DOJ for the other job was 5th, i didn't knw that would impact my UAN and thought I would compensate which will fix the issue, now it's showing 6 days dual employment on my UAN but it can be seen only when they check my exp letter, DOE is not mentioned for the first company on my UAN but on my exp letter it states that, I've tried to change it but company denies..

I am stuck please give me some advice I worked in a company for 3 months then i absconded from that company cause of the working environment, The team leaders and seniors didn't know how to talk to an employee. Shift timings were off They used to call me even on week offs. All in all it was affecting my mental health. I was also a fresher who didn't know that absconding is wrong it will have consequences but now I don't know what to tell in an interview when they will ask for the relieving letter or experience letter or in case they do the bgc I will be caught.

All the information you have provided are great. Yet here we are stuck with bgv not committing any mistakes from our end. My hubby worked for 2 n half years in a Company where there is no pf deductions and hence no form 16. All they ask is for hr confirmation mail for the non availability of pf deductions but that company is refusing to give that. You would still get form 16 even without pf deductions or non taxable pay slab.

Companies can even give wrong inputs about some candidates if he leaves organisation with some disputes

Founder was managing everything so what he did was he just joined me in the group after the interview and when i asked for offer letter he didn't replied but i kept working as i had to learn. He paid me 3000 something for march because i started to work on end and 9000 something for april. He showed me on an excel sheet that my stipend is 10000 along with the others. When the may end comes suddenly one morning he said to all of the people to resign or get terminated so we didn't get last month salary. He also blocked my razor pay account and i couldn't download the salary slip. What should i do because i mention this internship in my resume as we worked very hard there and i got to learn alot anyhow.

No, your Designation and Job Description are different. In any case you're shortlisted, you'll be able to answer questions based on your work so it won't be a problem.

Actually, I failed my BGV by Designation mismatch (My actual designation is System Engineer but I wrote Software Engineer, and actually my role is in Software developer) and company is asking me the clarification.

@@mohit214ml My BGV also failed, it's better to write like System Software Engineer, that way they won't see it as a different designation but as an expanded title. This is the same reason you can give them also explaining how you were a system software engineer in a Software Engineering Team.

Dear, thats impossible to answer in 2-3 sentences, if I try also it would look like the "Job Descriptions" that you see on Naukri.com etc.. so if you are a beginner, I will just say that "from hiring an employee to his exit" whatever comes in between is HR job, plus my videos are a hint to you, all these things that I talk on my channel, I know them because I have done them.. :)

Brother, there is a 15-day overlap between company B and company A. The Background Verification for company B has been completed and it has been 15 months since then.
Can he now switch to company C without company C raising an issue about this overlap? If he inform the HR of Company C beforehand that there was a genuine medical reason for this, will it still be an issue? My query is if reporting manager has made a spelling mistake in background verification form while providing name of past employee to new employer . As per experience letter, offer letter name spelling is different. Will the job offer be cancelled due to mistake in name spelling after scrutiny of the documents?
Also on offer letter of a new company it is mentioned that if after scrutiny of documents any discrepancy found in details then job offer will be straight away cancelled. Reporting manager is reluctant to accept his mistake in name spelling. Will the job offer be lost in such case? Also should joining such a company be avoided if that company is in different city & possibility of job offer getting cancelled is there due to name spelling provided by old reporting manager not matching with the offer letter & experience letter ?
Everything is myth 😂😂. Come to Pune there are many classes providing training + experience letter and also people have got great jobs with CTC more than 6 lacs . People have successful career and living good life . They buyed flats cars and living good . People have joined company with 5 + yrs gap by showing fake experience . If you want I can name the institute. My friends are working from past 2 yrs with fake experience. Come to Pune ask anybody top testing institute.
Dear Aditya, that is what I said in Video as well, if the company giving you the certificate, puts your records in the system and verifies it at the time of BGV email is sent to them, then its not a problem.. problem happens when someone gives the certificate and when BGV email comes the HR of that company denies your records..

I would like to request you to answer a small doubt.
I work at X company and get an offer from Y company that needs 3 YOE, since they did not mention not to so I included my 4 months Internship as well including which it completes 3 YOE.
Y provided a DOJ which is 90 days after giving the offer.
So now even if I exclude internship what I see, there is still 1 month gap for 3 YOE.
Will my BGV fail or is there any threat of revoking the offer?

Can we remove work experience of initial few companies where I worked for short periods? For example I completed my graduation in 2012 and started working soon after that. From 2013 to 2015, I have worked in 3 different companies. Can we eliminate those initial years and put work experience from 2016 onwards. How does it works?
