Company don't want its employee to do dual job but company itself can deal with multiple clients and multi projects... company can also be unproductive if start dealing with multiple client......if company do then they called its business and if employee do then its a dual job..wow what a logic!!

I was trying to book slot but there are some technical issue on payment page hence couldn't complete.
Please advise me for below scenario.
I have cleared all rounds on a company but facing following issue related to background verification
One of my family member added me as employee (Sep 2017-Dec2017) on his organisation. So i added exit date on EPF console before few days as I wasn't aware about it. While that period I was working on different organisation (Sep 2014-Mar2020), hence employmen history is being shown into EPF console and I believe there is no option to remove that hence facing background verification on company which I suppose to join. Please advise what steps need to be taken to get this sorted out.
EPF Account / UAN is the only medium via which companies can track the dual employment ? Or is there any other means as well ? Please Advice

If a finance company cuts only tds part of the salary and another company cuts pf and esic part can that become an issue and can be caught in for problem

What if, if a company is not asking you for PAN Card or adhar card and just account number. So in that case can we join another company?

PAN card can be given right. Only problem is aadhar

Dual employment is a short term solution, you can carry it on for long. If u want to grow and get well paid, keep upgrading urself and keep switching every year

Kyunki mere sath aisa hua hai ki mera 2 pf number dikha raha hai jabki maine dusri company me kewal joining kiya tha aur joining wali date ko chhod k koi bhi attendance nahi hui thi next day maine apni purani company me he duty start kar diya tha.
Isliye 2nd company ke pf account me koi fund bhi nahi dikh raha hai.
