I had to change my routine and choose another workout because my body got used to this one, but you can always do this workout twice or add another workout to your routine.

Muscle are totally made of protein. Imagine you want to build a house. To do so you need the right building material, bricks, windows,.. and of course someone how says what to do. It is the same with your body. First you need someone to say what to do, thats what you do with training.. you set a muscle growth stimulus by pushing your limits and telling your body " hey i want more of you, so you have to upgrade" and then you need the building material, otherwise nothing will and can happen. Thats mostly protein (high quality.. eggs, soya, ..). Some vitamins, minerals, trace elements are needed as well (eat a lot of different vegetables and you are good to go) condition is not really muscle building, it is mostly training your body to make more enegy out of oxygen. According to research condition is best trained if you train 90 % in a low itensity state (you can talk while duing sport) and 10 % high itensity (high heart rate app 80 %, it wears you out). hope that has been of some help to you
