  • This 20 minute booty lift workout is the best booty workout to grow, lift and build your glute muscles. We focus on high intensity, no breaks, as always, and simple basic exercises, but the most effective ones for a lifted butt. I would do this workout every second day for the best results.Combine this 20 minute workout with my other booty workouts for a longer workout routine. Always remember, looks and shapes of bodies also come with diet and genetics.
