- This 20 minute hourglass workout will help you to shape your body like an hourglass. You will be doing the ultimate big round butt exercises and smaller waist burners in this workout. I focused on feeling your butt cheeks throughout the entire workout to make that booty grow, nice and round. My favourite ab exercises for a snatched waist are also included, which will make your abs and entire core burn 🔥
Combine this 20 minute hourglass workout with my other hourglass workouts or booty & abs workouts for better results.

I love your workouts, but I do have one critique, sometimes you give exercises different names than are generally used and sometimes it is fine like fly birds instead of hundreds is one example that I find not confusing, but sometimes it is confusing. Especially when you use the same name for 2 different exercises within the same workout, like how you used frog kicks instead of donkey kicks the first time but the second time you used frog kicks instead of fire hydrants, and also leg curls for leg circles since a hamstring curl is a similar positioned exercise that these type of body weight workouts use. Your workouts are great and I love them, and this is not meant to be malicious, I just think that instead of having to wait for you to set up in the exercise and lose time, it would be a little bit easier if the exercise names were more consistent with ones that are widely used so I can start right with the timer and get the full workout! Thank you!

let me tell you guys, almost all of these exercises work your obliques which build your abs outward. you wont get an hourglass figure with doing the abs workouts she’s doing
