The issue of using 10 round magazines in a rig designed for 30rd magazines

Hera makes a 10/30 magazine where you can detach the top portion from the fake 20 round bottom, but unfortunately the feeding lips are polymer too, not steel like Lancer.

Why not just use the 10/30 warrior-type magazines, then your only issue is carrying enough mags, plus you have the 10-round stripper clips.🤔

I've played with that before, but you sacrifice a lot of capacity just to get the magazines to the desired height.
