I’ve learned something from the time you went to get that 🏗️ crane and Mat got his. If you have equipment work will find you. Be it helping a friend or somebody needing something moved, there’s always something to do.
I love those LTL 9000s I drove one that was dump truck and it was a 1985 for five years we also had the twin tractor to it they were one serial number apart and the power them two trucks had were identical 3406s in them
As a retired reserve cop, the wide doors are appreciated by ambulance crews!! In small towns, us cops help carry folks out. 4 foot doors are heaven sent, says the guy helping get people out 30" wide doors. Nowadays I help get crazy tractor pullers out of 18" wide roll cages. In a fire.
That addition went really good lot of prep went into that move , what a difference that makes to front of the home kinda like that look great job to the homeowner and of course Terex and Sam nice work
Nice piece of work there Sam! You are definitely getting hold of those controls now, have you had to make any adjustments/replacements at all? Love the sound of the Terex. She looks good too. From UK.
Looks good Sam, interesting install, somebody spent some time getting everything laid out, did a nice job of fitting. The ole T-REX did a nice job of handling the structure. Thanks for the update, enjoyed watching.
It's good to see another house with a split heat pump....I put in a 3 head unit in my house a few years ago and haven't looked back. Good job on the project.
One product to check out for lubing the boom pads / extensions . Lube-a-boom or lube-a-rope. Seems to last especially in the elements . Great to see the little carry deck putting in some hours 👍
I bought 2 service truck cranes not because of the things that come to mind but for all the odd jobs a crane can do. Anything too heavy or awkward for 1 guy, back the crane up and sling it
It's a good thing you rejigged your crane ,she was about to roll forward, your most important part of getting a crane prepared for a pick is setting up properly, she can still go over with no weight on it if it's not set up correct.
All carry decks should have a remote kit. Those outrigger pads are mint lol. The only thing that made me uneasy was chaining down the ball to the deck, seems like that's put some unneeded stress when travelling. I'd rather tie it back to the crane.
Watching you guys struggle with the laser just reminds me of how easy it was with a water level. Basically get a 5 gal bucket and some clear hose. Put a nipple on the bottom of bucket, attach hose and add water. The elevation of the water will always be the same on each corner.
Sometimes it takes a few times washing your truck to get that rain to fall. I finally went into town and spent $15 at the automatic car wash, but it was worth it, got 7/10th inch a couple days later.
Hey man, not an expert on this one, but I wanna warn you about storing diesel in these IBC Containers. I once bought 1000l diesel when it was cheap and stored it in an IBC over ~6 months. And apparently the diesel reacted with the plastic and by that, the diesel lost it's lubrication ability. Killed my cars diesel pump. Had to redo the complete fuel system because of metal shavings...
For a moment I thought we got a video from Matt's house build before Matt posted his video about it. Sorta sneak peek. Then I saw dad and I even thought. Dang, building your own house really takes years from your life. After that I started to wake up a bit and pay more attention. 😂
Ok as it goes, but don't waste your dollars on Craftsman tools any more there now junk, as they are now made in China as they are owned now by Stanley/DeWalt and Black and Decker!! Put your money into Ryobi, or milwaukee, Hilti. The Hilti stuff is more expensive than Milwaukee but you can find them sometimes at a Pawn Shop BTW I just picked up there compact driver for $80 no chucks but there about $30 each. It has the battery but no case or chucks. Hey new in the store your looking at $350. Not bad.😊😊 and I love there stuff.
The questionable Diesel Should be fine In a Steam Jenny pressure washer. or a shop heater or fuel oil application. Just nothing with a precision injection pump.
After picking that ship generator, the Terex has an easy day. Good video.
great video Sam very interesting good job done

Many rivers flow to the same sea. you picked an interesting one for sure but it worked out for you.
That's a cool looking idea for that door have a nice porch sitting out there
Fearless runs in your family. Cool use of the crane.

The Terex Lives again, great job guy's on getting the New Porch on the new sight.. will look great after it is finished..
Enjoyed this video bro, the Terex is sure handy since you made it work on a remote. Safe travels. Ken.
I bought 2 service truck cranes not because of the things that come to mind but for all the odd jobs a crane can do. Anything too heavy or awkward for 1 guy, back the crane up and sling it
Turned out really nice!
beautiful house The addition was just right.
Great job. Terrific use of the crane and thinking outside the box.
Another day with family 😊
Looks like a great addition to the house, well done. See if you can get a picture when it's all done.
Little T-Rex
with the remote control
is a gem!
It's a good thing you rejigged your crane ,she was about to roll forward, your most important part of getting a crane prepared for a pick is setting up properly, she can still go over with no weight on it if it's not set up correct.

Nice to see the Terex working
Only two people i know of(not personally!) are u and matt !!
That have their own cranes !
All carry decks should have a remote kit. Those outrigger pads are mint lol. The only thing that made me uneasy was chaining down the ball to the deck, seems like that's put some unneeded stress when travelling. I'd rather tie it back to the crane.

Nice project and made possible with the crane, or 50 friends to pick it up
Like Peter Gabriel said, Sledge Hammer..
The treated wood piers will rot, I got about 25 years out of mine, then rotted. off. Concrete piers would of been better. Looks good.
Sometimes it takes a few times washing your truck to get that rain to fall. I finally went into town and spent $15 at the automatic car wash, but it was worth it, got 7/10th inch a couple days later.
Very nice job Sam!
Thx for the content 👌 greetings from Denmark
Terex. For the win maybe a little help from the operator lol we’ll done gentleman 👍👋🇨🇦
Hells bells….looking at the holes dug, you’d think he was building a 6 storey building. 🤣🤣
You mean plumb!
When is a small crane not a small crane.... when it does the job...👍🏻.. stay safe 🏴
Good Job Sam a man of many talents
That little crane looks proper handy. and remote control aswell so one man operation

HEY! Good morning Sam!!
Neat project !
Well damn, that was a hard way to get an entryway 😂but it does look good and I'm sure it was cheaper that way since you had the equipment to move it
Only a man with his abilities and family with the same abilities would have thought up such a great idea 👍🏻🤩😄
Nice having that remote!

😂😂😂😂 I was laughing pretty good at this one
"Can't be goin' truckin' dirty"
Tell that to Matt.
That is a very unique house, did an architect draw up the plans, or did the family come up with it? The Terex is definitely a versatile machine.
awesome and outstanding content as always.thanks for sharing and taking us along.
Nice to see the T-Rex in action video thank you
The purchase of the crane was a great deal
MM77 Approved 👍🏼 👍🏼
When you have useful toys you always end up with plenty of friends 😂
Sam doesn’t want to go rolling dirty…
Flashing was a pain ,maybe should have been done last or not at all.
My thoughts as well.
But I'm a welder guy. I use a straight screwdriver as a wood chisel.
And pry bar, hammer, caulk scraper, cold chisel,,,,,,

So, who is gonna tell this guy where Ryobi, Milwaukee and the others are built?
@haroldphipps3457 yes, much better slices of the pie. And if you have de bucks you can buy Hilti none better. I pick them up in the Pawn Shop Cheap..
Man I love Amish built stuff
I got a early morning pick me up 😂
Why not sono tube and premix?
Hey Sam, how did the Ford handle that load after all that axle work? Are you happy with it?
That looks really good
Fun,so that is how it is done. Short and sweet.
The questionable Diesel Should be fine In a Steam Jenny pressure washer. or a shop heater or fuel oil application. Just nothing with a precision injection pump.
Really like that ford it has a great body and paint idlike to find one missed buying a couple of them
