    Don't wash your face in the morning with face wash, but can you use sunscreen?

    hii!! i love ur vids sm, can you give more diet tips? I'm trying to eat healthier, yet I'm craving sweets at the same time! what should I do?

      It's hard! I think if you can try finding sweets that are made with alternative sugar, like monkfruit, that'd be the best bet!

      Thank you so much! I'll try my best to switch unhealthy sweets with healthy sweets, I'm currently eating a banana as a sweet actually, Love your videos so much, they actually tell me things I never knew about skin, hormones, etc. @@LiahYoo

    Watching this as my order from krave beauty came in the mail today 😊🎉 I do have a concern though.. ive been hearing chemical sunscreen gets in your bloodstream... is it safer to use mineral sunscreen? ​@LiahYoo

      I’ve also heard things that accuse mineral sun creams of actually damaging your face because they have way zinc oxide which must then oxidise your skin and be bad since antioxidants are good. Lots of places claim and try to accuse one specific ingredient and then market their own “way better and superior” suncream that doesn’t have this evil ingredient - honestly if you’re concerned just look at the ingredients list to check, a lot of chemical suncreams won’t have what these supposed cancer causing ingredients that get into your blood stream
