Arin Nuzullita not op but here's my two cents. l mix 3 drops of oil with aloe gel or a snail essence and apply to my face and neck. This way it sinks in pretty fast and the smell is not so overwhelming.

    Her faves :
    1. Hemp seed oil
    2. Pumpkin seed oil
    3. Jojoba oil (da queen)
    4. Rosehip oil ( contains retinoid Acid)
    5. Tamanu Oil

If you’re feeling skeptical, please take my testimony, I wish I could add pictures. Jojoba oil changed by skin COMPLETELY within weeks. I just lightly wash my face with warm water in the morning and evening then add a few drops of oil and hyaluronic acid and rub on my face. I added sunscreen to my routine in the morning and my skin is healing faster than I knew was even possible.

I have oily, acne-prone, combination skin and you can imagine the dermatologists (at two different sites) have had a good 'ole time trying to understand how the heck to balance everything. And then I found this channel. Oh my gosh. I use Hemp Seed Oil every night and it has made a HUGE difference in balancing the oil on my face. I also use rose seed oil when my face is dry, tight, and red and afterwards my face is so soft, moisturized, and flexible the next morning. I am going to purchase the hyaluronic acid serum (because that sounds amazing) and use it with a few other oils. My poor combination skin has gone through Tretinoin as well as a topical retinoid acid, which has effective. It is rather harsh on my skin though. So, the oils (and I have to use the ones with a very low comedogenic rating and higher linoleic acid) explained on this channel have been fabulous. I also stopped cooking with Olive Oil and started using Grape Seed Oil and that made a huge difference in the oil and acne production.
Point is: This stuff has worked really well for me and I am grateful to Liah for explaining it all.

Yessssss! Hemp seed saved my acne. I was SHOOK at how well it worked to oil cleanse with. I also finished my skincare routine with hemp and rosehip, it was by far the strongest treatment I’ve used against acne. I also layered some natural AHAs underneath and a hydration serum for balance. Seriously, thank you for making this!!

I have acne prone skin too.. and tried a lot of products. But nothing works.. then i decided to stay away form acne products but switch to mild/natural skincare. Used a mulberry facial wash, rose essence for toner, then jojoba oil, then aloe vera for moisturizer and i didnt have new break out and the hyperpigmentation is slowly fading. I cnt wait for them to fade all the way. I have been battling acne since highschool so its about 16yrs already and my skin never looked this good.

@@M_K_M_K_M_K I can't tell you what Lucy did but what I did.
1st: I oil cleanse my face with jojoba oil and gently clean off excess jojoba oil with a pinch of gentle cleanser to leave just enough waxy texture on my face to lock in moisture and not look greasy.
2nd: I take milk thistle (1000mg) every morning before breakfast to detox my liver and remove excess hormones and toxins that may end up on my skin.

I find that it breaks me out too, but you can try putting it on the ends of your hair before you shower, it's a really nice treatment! Or I also used my coconut oil it to make a body scrub with brown sugar, it leaves your skin suuuuper soft!!

It’s amazing to know that everything grown on earth can basically help solve most of our skin/health issues but chemically engineered products do the bare minimum to make you buy more of the products. Coconut oil has helped me for my acne as well! I feel that if more people knew just how well natural ingredients really are for our body, the more expensive they’ll charge us for it.

Dont use it in high amount and dont put on acne that want to pop up, cause oil made acne more smaller but the inside it still have impurties dirt and bacteria trapped inside. so let the acne pop up first after all stuff out then use it. Secondly, use when u see the sign off ance want to exist that is the most suitable time to wear oil. Btw, if u dont exfoliate face every 1-2 in a week, using oil is useless.

Yes, finally I've turned into facial oils. Now I understood why any product was not working on my oily skin..it's because my face need oil. I've finally started to use grapeseed oil which was quite difficult to find in my country but I finally got it & I could see the result on the second day. After finishing all my recent products I'll use rose-hip oil (I can't wait to use it) but I wanna give my skin some time to adjust with this new oil routine. I just want to make my skin happy, don't wanna torture it anymore & the only solution is facial oil.

I got tamanu oil for my skin that’s really destroyed in terms of skin barrier... and have been using it for 3 days. First and second day i just used it on existing pimples and inflamed bumps of pimples that just wont go away. On second day morning i had a whitehead that was just full blown and hurt, i was so scared to use the oil but used it anyway. The night of second day i used it again but i realized that the whitehead has somehow dried up/healed? And this morning, day 3, i woke up, washed my face with just water (been doing this too since i got tamanu oil) and that goddamn whitehead rolled over my skin. I’m blown away. I abused so much actives like vit a, bha and aha, and sulfur even. I was on accutane both oral and topical and i think i wasn’t doing a great job in keeping my skin moisturized after the treatment, and during this winter month i really can see my skin was so dehydrated and weak. I’m stopping all actives and resorting to HA from hada labo and oils like squalane and tamanu for now. Currently waiting for my kravebeauty orders; matcha hemp cleanser because i can’t use my well-loved LRP foaming gel anymore even if it was sooo gentle before my skin was destroyed, and GBR!! Thanks Liah you reminded me the importance of treating acne like a wound and respecting the skin’s natural abilities❤️

This is sooo true! I've been using the Million Dollar Moisturizer from LUSH for two years now and my skin has never been healthier. It's full of balancing and nurishing oils for oily/combination skin plus spf 30 and at least my skin doesn't product that much sebum anymore and my skin tone is more clear. About half year ago I also started to eat omega 3 and 6 capsules and for me it seems like it enhances the effects of my skin care. Fight fire with fire I guess...

I had severe acne breakouts last year from around march/may all the way to december...and then suddenly it stopped and went back to normal.
I had never in my life had such severe acne...and spent so much money on everything.
    Eat healthy? Tried (no difference)
    Work out? Tried (nada)
Lots of high brands on skincare? Tried (nope)
Lots of different oils? Tried (some, like hemp seed, broke me out)
    Acne preventive makeup? Tried (nope)
Acne preventive moisturizers? Tried (and nopeee)
I think one simple thing saved me: Water. I know...weird. But I hadn't realized I didn't drink much water daily...and then started being conscious of myself and forced myself to drink a lot of water daily (for me, a lot is almost normal amount for the average person lol).
(i would drink iced tea, hot tea, energy drinks, sometimes soda (I cut off almost all soda before the year started and my acne got worse so it was not because of soda - I drank a lot of soda for many years before that, but for about 3 months, I didnt drink soda and I was perfectly fine, until suddenly my acne went crazy) mocha, cocoa, or some other juice instead of water....because I guess I just dont like water...unless its summer and im dying from the heat).
I should have tried this first...because I wasted soo much money on brands, and even 50+ different kinds of makeup because I thought makeup was the problem (it wasn't).
So from now on if anyone complains to me about acne..i just point them to water and tell them to drink a lot. lol. If that doesnt work...then you can work towards the ones I tried above.
My skin was pretty damaged from all the acne scars (90% of scars were on my chin, and some on my forehead)...and while it's mostly healed...I don't think all scars will go away. But at least I stopped further damage.
One thing I really love using when I get acne is this: www.amazon.com/Nexcare-Cover-Drug-Free-Gentle-Breathable/dp/B00BRGUNV2/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1522557474&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=nexcare&psc=1
It prevents me from scratching it off and creating acne scar, and usually I put it on at night and in the morning it's essentially sucked all the acne stuff out of the skin and onto the patch, which u then remove. It's a great way to prevent skin damage, while getting rid of huge new acne in one day.

I suffered from acne a month ago, a dark age for me. But yes that's past tense. My acne's cleared now, I'm on the pigmentation and scar healing process thanks to rosehip seed oil and argan oil combined- I use it as a moisturizer. I have a very sensitive skin, which made me decide to just go organic and natural because seriously I didn't know what to do anymore. That's when I found out about oils. This combo worked for me. @@chewybyun6727 of course you could use it together. But you need to wait until you acne calmed down a little bit, and then you could use niacinamide and then rosehip oil on top of it or you could also mix it together. The key is to be patient, wait 2-4 weeks before you introduce your skin to another product because it can make your skin stressed if you use it all at once on the first try

Are you sure it isn't the niamicide breaking you out? That broke me out horribly, whereas Rose hip has healed my skin.

Hi, Liah! Nice to know you and I want to thank you too as your videos really help me a lot in choosing my skincare products. Currently, I'm using carrier oils as my moisturizer such as grapeseed, almond, rosehip, evening primrose, etc. The seller of those oils told me that due to high of linoleic acid, grapeseed oil can be oxidized by sunlight easily, so it would be much better used at night. But after some research on Google, I haven't found articles saying so. What do you think Liah? Is that true we have to avoid using oil with high linoleic acid on day, and better use it at night? Please let me know, thankyou😊😊😊

I used to use Olive oil and it worked well for my skin while I used accutane. When I got off it, I eventually realized the olive oil was too comedogenic (and high in oleic acid) for my skin as I started breaking out again, so I tried looking for other oils. So far I’ve only tried coconut oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, and tamanu oil and they’ve all broken me out. I’m about to buy hemp seed oil and rose hip, so we’ll see in a few weeks I could comment my progress.

@@rand0312 Noooo I thought it did, but it was just the accutane. It did work well for hydration though.

Thanks for your video👍, I was followed you using hemp seed oil + hyaluronic acid, now my acnes are so minimal, just litle bit comedo and big pores 😊. Now I am using niacinamide to erase my acne scar.
