  • Join me for a 8 min INTENSE CORE WORKOUT for a spicy routine targeting the abs. There will be a few challenging movements in there, but modifications will be provided throughout.     Loved it. I like the 5 to 8-minute core/abs after a 45-minute strength workout. I'm 58 years old and this amount of time is perfect for me. I also like that you include modifications if needed.

    Loved this ab workout! Mini rests that explained the new exercise prior to doing them, also gave enough time to do the exercise. I notice when other creators only do 30 secs per exercise then by the time I figure out what I’m doing , time is up. Thank you! You got a new subscriber !!

    Im obsessed with your workouts. Love that the routine is always different and no repeats.
    I was wondering if you would consider doing a wall workout, I’m seeing so much hype on tik tok and other social media and I would love to see you do a video, as ur whole appearance, voice and music helps motive me more every day

      I have seen the hype about pilates wall workouts. I am wonder about the effectiveness of these workouts because they do look interesting.

    Trying to motivate myself to do something other than just yoga. This was great. I am not a fan of weights in general, thought I know how good they are for me. Loved that there was no repetition of exercises. I'll be back!

    This one was insane. I always find ab work extremely difficult and I therefore try to avoid doing it. Don’t get me wrong, this was tough but I managed it ❤ Glad i didn’t scroll past this one
