wow, thank you so much. I'm 33 and have had arthritis in my C7 vertebra for at least a decade. i found myself crying tears of relief after second stretch. i massage my scalenes all the time too, but man...that last stretch was miraculous.
i was sure i would only find scams after looking up arthritis exercises on yt, but now i have this pleasurable tingling feeling all over my neck and upper back. i had no idea how much pain i had become used to. cant thank you enough ❤

Thank you! This has helped me relieve chronic pain and extreme stiffness in my skull, and neck region. I have late-stage rheumatoid and other complications. This has prevented me from calling #NHS doctors and I found myself this morning viewing this again as if it was my morning medicine. | #TeamPatient #PatientEd #PatientVlog #MedLearn

I am so glad I found this video! I combined your stretches along with magnesium supplements, camphor patches, and a heating pad. I have naturally occurring arthritis in my #2 Cervical vertebrae...very painful when the weather flares or I have slept wrong somehow. Thanks Dr Chad!

What about patients with osteoarthritis in the cervical and thoracic vertebrae? Are the exercises different?

I would say yes. I'm not a doctor but they seem to be helping me with OE. The same affected muscles.
