    Wow just found this video, excellent. I felt relief immediately. Thank you. I'm 59 years of age, female and my hands, fingers etc have been hurting now for a couple of years. I will do these exercises regularly now. Thank you.

    I looked at a bunch of these type of videos, and this is the best I found. Nicely paced and communicated and great exercises. Very helpful and much appreciated.

    Thank you for putting this up :) I have been struggling with almost constant wrist pain. After doing the exercises, the pain is mostly gone :)

    Cool I work my hands hard with furniture an cabinet building an self survival activities including cutting splitting an stacking firewood not to mention gardening etc etc. great to have a stretching releasing strategy. Thanks so much
