First time here. I had shoulder surgery recently after a 6months’ near incapacity, and a lot of just sitting around, because if I got up, I would try to use my shoulder! So now after 3 months of PT for the shoulder, it is nearly back to normal, but I find that sacroiliac joint is weird and often makes it hard to walk, so that is why I am here! I hope to help my back by strengthening my core. Thanks for the beginning!

Hello, I'm Chris and I am 75 years old. I am from Perth, Western Australia and this is my first time here. I swim 200+ metres in our pool every day (7 days/week), and do Tai Chi every day when it's too cold to swim. I have been doing this for the past 5 years and in spite of all this daily exercise, I cannot lose the bulging midriff! I found this video excellent, so will continue.
