you mean to say female will manage sales (finding carries via cold calling) and the dispatcher will later on manage the dispatch (getting zip, finding load, data packet filling and then dispatch) etc...?
I also want someone like sir said that he talked to the lady for practicing and physical training Anyone here from Karachi who is learning and join me in this learning?
Dear All As.salam u alikum.. specially to everyone who had experiece in dispatch field and running their bussines i have a question . i and my brother have good command over truck dispatching and well experiece of everything , we have a plan to start our own bussines which we both will run ..but on the other hand i have job offer of 150k .. what would you suggest me to do? 1. leave job offer and go ahead to start doing this bussines as full time occupation? 2.start my job and let my brother to run bussines and once he stable i should join him later after 3 4 months? 3. doing this as a bussines and leaving offer of job is not a good options ? 4. i am really very confused about it please brothers help me out to give me a right direction based on your experience ..i shall be very thankful for your kind opinion ...Allah hafiz.
