Love the little graphic to keep us on track. Could you please add in the number of times a day we should be doing this set of exercises to get some benefit?

These are really helpful exercises for my arthritic joints. The banter between Sylvia and Jay make them fun. Plus I can do them easily throughout the day. They have reduced the pain and my joints are able to do more. Thank you.

Thank you for this tutorial. I do spend a fair bit of time on the computer. So these are very helpful. Also due to Statins I am taking, they give me a lot of cramps in my hand and fingers. Wearing the support socks has helped ease the cramps in my legs I used to get. So theses fingers, hand wrist exercises will hopefully help in reducing the cramps

Really useful. I too spend a lot of time on the computer. I already do some finger exercises - these give me even more, plus the wrist ones. Found the last one, waving, slightly difficult to do.

Love your exercises. My wrist is very painful and should I still keep doing them? My doctor wants me to do these type of exercises for my wrist.

Are these exercises for carpal tunnel too? Also how often should you be doing these each week?

Hi. Thankyou for this. I have only just started getting pain in my right wrist. I've booked an appointment with my G.P to discover if this is arthritis. But from everything I've read, it seems likely.
Can I just ask? Is it normal to experience shaking when the pain makes the exercise difficult? It's just that dear Sylvia seems to do it so much better than me 🙊 and I'm only 54! 😮

Hi thank you so much. May i ask a question, whilst doing some of the exercises. My arm was trembling. Is this ok. I'm thinking it's due to the strength. I also have fybromyalgia. Thank you once again appreciated
