    Thank you very much for teaching us the Exercise for the Rheumatoid Arthritis of the hand. It helps us to learn how to reduce the pain of my arthritis.       I am so sorry, you must suffer so much. My mum got RA at 19 in 1964 and has suffered so much. So much of her joints are now metal and pins. First her hands then, hips,elbows, knees, eco and her knees have now been replaced 5 times. She is now at 76 in a wheelchair. If only these therapies were available sooner of course. My sister, brother and I born 1, 3 and 4 years after her diagnosis and our father who left, it was so difficult for us all. I hope you all find comfort in this technique and are living without too much pain. I am lucky I don’t have it. x

    Thank u Dr I was diagnosed with RA following my first Pfizer vaccination. I did not have RA but this vaccination has changed my life by introducing inflammation in my hand fingers writs elbows and shoulders. I want to thank u for showing the exercises which I will do but have to check with physiotherapist for my thumb exercise. May u be blessed with long and happy life thank you

    Dr .Andrrea Furan demonstrated very nicely and slowly to understand and do the hand exercises for the Rheumatoid Arthritis.
    It is very helpful for me because for a long time I am suffering it. Hoe that when I do all these exercises regularly I will get good result. Thank you very much and God bless you.

    Dr Furlan I am so Thankful for your great videos, I stop going to my Phiscical and occupational therapy because I worried to much been close to people, but I found Your Great Videos and you were the answer to my prayers. My frozen Shoulder pain , Neck and back pain ,both my hands are always in pain stif and trigger finger, and in the middle of the night my legs and feet cramps . But since I found Your Vudeos I just remember what your instructions are and You are my Guardian Angel. I am going to make an appointment to see my Doctor and my Health Care special Visit, I want to share the Videos that save me and help me during the pandemic 🙏God Bless You!!!!!!

    OMGOODNESS!!! Once again you’re teaching us something that NO one else has!!! I have RA and I must say that a part of me is infuriated at the thought of not being given this information years ago!! On the other hand, I’m so grateful that YOU are informing/educating us!
    I truly appreciate how thoroughly you cover the information you give us! Unfortunately, I already have some deformed joints that limit my ability to do some of these well. But I’m so glad to have this info. Abundant Blessings...

    I was diagnosed with psoriasis arthritis, I will star a medication ones a month and I have a lot of pains in my hands and feet, also my knees, my back and my neck. I got to you looking for exercises that help me coping with the pain, thank you for your videos!

    I have been experiencing severe foot and hand pain in the last few months. After testing it appears that I may have RA. I will be seeing a Rheumatologist in a month. In the meantime I was feeling very stressed about what to do with the pain that was worsening and spreading daily. I did a search and found one of your videos. I am feeling somewhat hopeful. I have subscribed and will be practicing your stretches and watching some of your other videos ( looking forward to the anti-inflammatory diet one as I have been reducing certain foods ). Thank you Dr Furlan for your videos. You have given me some hope.

      Bad hands and feet.
      Plus lambert Eaton myasthenic syndrome.
      Trying eat healthy and move as much as I can.

    I was diagnosed with Sero-negative RA 16 years ago. Sadly, none of my rheumatologists have ever recommended exercises. This always seemed odd to me. I even asked them directly if physical therapy would help. I was told no. Thank you so much for sharing these exercises with us. The tendons in my hands, wrists, and feet are very tight and painful. It makes daily tasks very difficult. I have often wondered if my diagnosis is inaccurate because the tendon pain and cramping feels worse than the joint pain. Thanks again for all that you do. You’re helping more people than you realize. 🙏💖

      I'm so thankful that I found you and your top class information and advice.
      I'm a few years into RA and am slowly becoming despondent.
      This video has given me big hope so I just have to become disciplined.
      I realise that I don't have have a set a time to do all the exercises in one go but that it can be done separately and randomly daily as the day goes.

    This winter here in Israel i thought became very cold.
    Because my finger bones are red and swolen.
    Its hurts if i touch the cold water but no choice .
    Now i have this hand excersice that can help the pain.

    Hi Dr Furlan, I love all your videos. I have been doing the exercises for Osteoarthritis of Hip and Knees since I saw your video year ago and it's really improve a lot - Motion is Lotion. I don't Rheumatoid arthritis, but I have Osteoarthritis on my thumbs. I will try this exercise to see how it works.Thank you so much and look forward to more videos.

    Very informative. I will be doing these exercises, as I am a knitter and weaver. I was diagnosed as having tendonitis in my right groin down to my knee, very painful. Now been told it is arthritis in my right hip? I shall be watching your other videos later. So thank you very much, because I do not want to take painkillers they do not help or cure my situation nor my pain.

    I would like to thank you immensely for that shoulder exercise video u have out. I have vertigo and found myself having issues with my left arm causing so many issues not being able to apply deodorant comb my hair or unclasp my bra strap..after trying ur excercises I have seen about 30% increase in movement in only four days. My doctor said I needed an injection in the arm. Thanks to u I will not I just continue and also share ur video. You are extremely knowledgeable

    Hi Dr Forlan. I watched your videos about a year ago, going into my 1st yr of RA when I experienced a slip in our driveway while feeding the cats , Except for turmeric drinks and moringa powders mixed w/ pineapple juice and Ensure formula, I haven't been too consistent w/ my exercise and is slowly deteriorating w/ OA. acc to the doctor who conducted a magnetiscan on me. Be that as it may, I am inspired by your videos as very helpful and educational. More power to you, doctor Furlan and God bless your ministry to help!! 😇🙏

    Thank you so much for instructing us the exercise for arthritis of the hand. I was so surprise to know some of these exercises helps prevent further deformation. When I asked my PCP to send me to a specialist the answer was that I should get use to it because there was nothing that would help my arthritis. I am so glad I found you here on Youtub.       I'm 25 and have RA. I'm taking an immune suppressant but developing a lot of pain in my fingers from drawing :/ I'm really down cause drawing & painting are my favorite hobby and dream. I'm hoping these exercises can help

    Thank you very much. I remember I've tried following one of your video leg/feet exercises. I had terrible left leg and foot pain to the point of not being able to walk. Thanks be to God Almighty for showing me which video will help me. The first time I did your leg exercises especially writing a number using the feet from 1 to 10, I felt it worked well for me. At first, it was really very painful but when I heard the clicking sound, I know this is it! I did it everyday especially in the morning and in the evening before I sleep until the pain was totally gone and am able to walk again!

    Doctor I had pain in the finger joints. Wanted to share how I cured myself. I took up knitting. A baby blanket 450 gms pain gone. Fun excercise. Keep moving those joints.

      I’ve have been crocheting🧶 and I find if I roll my little spike ball between my hands to get the blood flowing I canc crochet for much longer 😇🌺🌹🏵

    I had thumb joint surgery on both hands. Both failed with 4 months. Now I’m looking at a second surgery on one hand. The doctor who did my surgery didn’t tie them tight enough. I’ve so much pain, I’m beyond myself. I’ve been doing a lot of these exercises by myself before I even found that I should be doing them.
