If you are asking about the weight in abdominal exercises, abdominal exercises do not require heavy weights, only what is available, not even if it is 2 and a half kilograms.
Too fat. Doing push ups are good enough with more water, fibre, lean protein and less carb. Once the fat level in abdomen goes below a certain threshold, then sculpting can begin. Crunches and targeted exercises are not good enough to get six pack. Reality is to burn fat by exercise more and eating less. Military training is probably better.
