    👌Very nice recipe. This will come out well I think.
    This will be also very nice if we add onions and tomatoes to the gravy. I prefer to pre roast onions, garlic and tomatoes to remove the raw smell and then grind along with coconut. I have tried with dry copra as well. That also comes out very well.
    Raw banana will adjust itself to any masala I think. Very versatile vegetable.

    How the color changed suddenly while serving?

    • @theeverydaycookingchannel
      @theeverydaycookingchannel  4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      So simple....we do cooking under the chimney lights and the serving part is done on the dining table where we get natural light....
      It’s just a lighting problem and hope everyone can understand...

      You can chop the coconut by hand with a knife. It won't be as smooth and will take a lot longer, but it will still work. A mortar and pestle will also work. That's probably how they did it before all the fancy gadgets we have these days.

      Replace coconut with coconut milk(u get small packs of coconut milk very easily in super markets as well as grocery stores) and the garlic can be finely chopped or grated or pounded as per ur preference
