Ingredients :-
Oil - 3tsp
Mustard seed - 1/2tsp
Cumin seed - 1/2tsp
Raw Banana - 1no.
Onion - 1no.
Ginger - 1/2inch
Garlic - 3nos.
Tomato - 1no.
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Roast and Grind
Oil - one drop
Hing - small piece
Red chilly - 4nos.
Toor dhal - 1/2tsp
Coriander seeds -2tsp
Saunf - 1tsp
Coconut - 1 cup

Akka, I tried this with very small brinjal, it was super, the recipe for the gravy that u tell is delicious. Oh some days later I used mixed veg(carrots,beans, potato etc which turned out also yumm, in short akka, the gravy base is very good. Thank you🙂
