கடுகு / Mustard 1 Tsp
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
மல்லித்தூள் / Coriander Powder - 2tbs
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
உப்பு / Salt to taste
இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves as required
