Raw Banana - 4
Green chilli -2
Garlic cloves - 8
Ginger - 1.5 inch
Onion - 2 medium
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.25 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp
Besan -2 tbsp
Black cardamom -1
Dry red chilli - 2
Bay leaves -2
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
